Pricing (including GST) Fully Serviced $275 per day for members $385 per day for non-members (including cleaning fee) Non-Serviced $165 per day for members $275 per day for non-members (room only) Please note Meeting organisers will receive a brief induction including information on exits and evacuation procedures. It is your responsibility to make your attendees aware of this information. Confirmation of Hire The meeting organiser is required to fill in a “Bookings and Agreement Form” and return to [email protected] to confirm your booking. Final numbers are required a minimum of three days prior to your meeting. Payment An invoice will be prepared and sent to the meeting organiser the day after the function. This is a 7 day account and should be finalised accordingly. Payment options appear on the invoice. Catering Catering can be arranged by the meeting organiser with local caterers. Terms and Conditions Fully Serviced v Non-Serviced Fully serviced room hire includes tea, coffee and water replenished throughout the day. Non-serviced room hire is board room hire only, plus use of supplied FBA equipment. Displays and Signage Nothing is to be stapled, nailed, screwed, taped or blu-tacked to any painted surfaces. If this happens and damage occurs, the meeting organiser will be billed for repairs. Electronic Whiteboard No pens or markers are to be used on the electronic whiteboard. Flip chart paper is provided for this purpose. Parking On-street parking around FBA’s office in the CBD is 2 hour parking. The Kern Arcade has all-day paid parking available and is conveniently located less than a block from FBA in Bolsover Street. There is free all-day parking in the river bank car parks, entry off Quay Street. Parking is at your own risk. Smoking FBA is a smoke-free workplace. Workplace Health and Safety Emergency exits are to be kept clear at all times. A copy of the evacuation plan and exit points is on display in the Board Room. Meeting organisers are requested to alert attendees to the requirements of these procedures. Damage The meeting organiser will be held responsible for any damage sustained to FBA property.
