Each year for the past 17 years St. John’s Bread and Life has provided
food and toys to families during the holidays. This year we will begin
our registration On October 11th, 2014. If you would like to register
your children for this program, please come to our site on the earliest
date possisble, and bring the following with you.

Personal Id – with a pciture
Proof of Support/income
Proof of Birth for all children 1 year of age to 15 years of age
Proof of Address
Bring all of the documents with you – no need to make copies –

¿QUE ES SPONSOR A FAMILY?
Sponsor a family (SPAF) es un programa para familias que
tienen niños menores de 15 años de edad. Recibiran un paquete de
comida para una cena (incluyendo un pavo) y regalos para los niños
para Navidad.
¿QUE SE NECESITA PARA REGISTRARSE?
Prueba de nacimiento de los niños.
Prueba de ingreso o asistencia publica.
Prueba de lugar de vivienda.
Identification con foto.
