ODK ACF‐E TOOLKIT ACF‐E FORMS HOW TO UPLOAD A FORM INTO AGGREGATE SERVER The following guidelines are intended for upload a new blank form into ODK Aggregate and check everything is working properly: 1. Sign in on the ODK Aggregate website (if you haven’t created a user please refer to the quick start section). http://odk.acf‐e.org/test/ User: formmanager Password: formmanager Author: Jorge Durand Zurdo 2. Upload your “form.xlm” XLSform to ODK Aggregate sever. When the upload is successful you will see the green message in the page “Successfully uploaded acf_sample_xlsform”. Author: Jorge Durand Zurdo 3. When you scroll down, you will notice that your survey is listed in the “Published Forms”. 4. On the right hand side are a couple of buttons: “publish”, “export” and “delete” (the delete icon will actually erase the form and all associated data so be careful). Author: Jorge Durand Zurdo
