FSL MPM SURVEY FSL MPM survey “MARKET PRICE SURVEY (MPS)” form should be filled every time we conduct a Market price monitoring campaign. EXCEL SURVEY FILE NAME: fsl_mpm_v_1_0.xls XML SURVEY FILE NAME: fsl_mpm_v_1_0.xml EXCEL MOTHER SHEET FILE NAME: Mother FSL MPM V 1.0.xls ODK BRIEFCASE OUTPUT FILE NAME:  FSL MPM V 1.0.csv  FSL MPM Survey V 1.0‐mps‐section_c‐section_c_1_local.csv  FSL MPM Survey V 1.0‐mps‐section_d‐section_d_1_local.csv It has the following sections:

WITH INTERNET: Connect to the server and download it as “Blank form” 
NO INTERNET: You should copy the “fsl_mpm_v_1_0.xml” file into odk/forms/ folder in the Device SD Card. Also you must create a folder within the odk/forms/ folder named “fsl_mpm_v_1_0.xml‐media” and paste there the form_logo.png file DATA ANALYSIS: Once you get the “FSL MPM V 1.0.csv”, “MPM Survey V 1.0‐mps‐section_c‐section_c_1_local.csv” and “FSL MPM Survey V 1.0‐mps‐section_d‐section_d_1_local.csv” files, you should transform text into columns and import the results to the mother sheet. This will be done in an automated way if you push the 3 buttons of the first sheet of Mother FSL MPM V 1.0.xls while you have opened all the .csv documents If you have any problem running the macro in the Mother sheet, you should transform text into columns and import the results to the mother sheet manually (Refer to the Annex 12 “ODK ACF‐E Transform text into columns procedure”) and: 
copy/Paste the FSL MPM V 1.0.csv in the” Imported output” sheet within the Mother MPM V 1.0.xls 
copy/Paste the MPM Survey V 1.0‐mps‐section_c‐section_c_1_local.csv in the “Staple foods” sheet within the Mother MPM V 1.0.xls 
copy/Paste the FSL MPM V 1.0.csv in the “Income sources” sheet within the Mother MPM V 1.0.xls
