End of 2006 February 2007 2007 The company’s group purchases three modern secondhand PSVs which the company then manages E.R. Offshore opens its new head office in Hamburg from where it now manages the day-to-day operations of its offshore vessels. E.R. Offshore’s group orders additional PSV and AHTS vessels to add to E.R. Offshore’s fleet June 2008 The first two offshore newbuilds, the platform supply vessels, "E.R. Aalesund" and "E.R. Stavanger", are named at Aker shipyard in Norway. September 2008 E.R. Group acquires all remaining company shares of OSM Schiffahrt GmbH & Cie. KG of the previous 50:50 joint venture with OSM Norway. OSM Schiffahrt is renamed E.R. Offshore GmbH & Cie. KG.
