The course fee of
Rs, 9,50:000/~ (Rupees Nine Lakh Fifty Thousand only) will be paid by this office on
the receipt of pre-receipted bill in duplicate duly affixed with revenue stamp after
the training programme is over. Attendance report of the trained officers along with a
copy of course material is also required to be furnished along with the bill.

Sanction for course fee towards deputation of 20 numbers of DC(MSME) officers for
training programme on 'Six Sigma Black Belt' being organised by PPDC, Agra at
Goa under 'DC (MSME) officers' training programme scheme'- non-recurring.
Sir,
am directed to convey the sanction of President for payment of Rs. 9,50,000/(Rupees Nine Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to PPDC, Agra as course fee for the deputation of
20 numbers of officers of this organisation for training programme on 'Six Sigma Black Belt'
being organised by PPDC, Agra at Goa. The programme will commence from 25/08/2014
as
per details mentioned in the Annexure on the terms and conditions indicated below:
i) The period spent on training will be treated as duty under FR 9(5)(b).
ii) During the period of training the officers shall draw their grade pay and such
allowances which they have drawn but for their training.
iii] TA/DA as per rules.
2.
This sanction is also hereby accorded for payment of course fee to the concerned
training institute (as shown in Annexure, even dated) will be paid by Hqrs. Office.
3.
The above mentioned course fee will be paid by this office on the receipt of prereceipted bill in duplicate duly affixed with revenue stamp after the training programme
is over. The expenditure on course fee of the sponsored officers is debitable to the
Major Head 2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 76.01.20 Other Administrative
Expenses (OAE) under Demand No. 66 for the year 2014-15.
4.
The sanction is valid for the current financial year 2014-15.
5.
Immediate after completion of training, the concerned officer should submit a feedback
report along with information of TA/DA (tentative/actual)
amount claimed (IT IS
MANDATORY)in the prescribed format.
