than 100 MWhs of electricity in the relevant distribution area with the necessary metering system/configuration. Your
charges for the sale and supply of electricity are listed below. The charges are exclusive of any applicable usage
discount and apply to customers signing up to this offer from the above effective date.

Important information
Key Terminology
Daily supply charge
A charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period,
regardless of how much electricity you use.
kWh
A 'kWh' stands for kilowatt hour and is the unit of measurement for your electricity usage charges.
Discounts
Discounts
Discounts apply to the usage charges only and do not apply to the other charges such as the daily
supply or GreenPower charges.
Base Discount
A 5% discount on the usage charges will apply for the Energy Plan period.
Direct debit discount
A 1% discount on the usage charges will apply if your bill is paid by direct debit - see direct debit
terms.

For systems <100kW capacity Origin offers its electricity customers: 6 cents per kWh exported (incl
GST).

Agreement Details
Agreement length
The agreement continues until you or we end it. The Energy Plan period is 12 months. At the end of
your Energy Plan the benefits of your plan will end but the agreement continues.
Cooling off period
You may cancel this agreement at any time during the 10 business day cooling off period.

Charges may vary
We may vary the Charges (including the amount, nature and structure of any of the charges) by notice
to you at any time. The notice could take the form of a message on your bill and will specify the
effective date of the variation.
Fees
Late payment fee
A fee of $12.00 (GST Incl) may apply if your bill is not paid by the due date. A late payment fee may
not apply depending on your circumstances.
Payment processing fee
A 0.6% fee (GST Incl) may apply to bill payments made by VISA or Mastercard.
Reconnection fee
A $10.06 (GST Incl) fee may apply when your property is reconnected (including when you move). This
fee is passed through from your distributor and may vary. Please visit your distributor's website to
find out the current fee.
Disconnection fee
A $10.06 (GST Incl) fee may apply when your property is disconnected (including when you move).

Distributor charges
You must pay us any charges that your distributor imposes on us in relation to the services performed
by your distributor (or any other person) at your supply address.

Dishonoured payment fee
A $15.00 (GST Incl) fee may apply if your cheque payment through Australia Post is dishonoured or
(cheque via Australia Post)
reversed.
