New York Office China Eastern Airport Shuttle Service Relocation Start from 15July, 2014 China Eastern will change the shuttle bus pick up location in New Jersey. Original location is at: • Edison New Jersey -- Kam Man Food Inc. (EDI), Address: 510 Old Post Road, Edison, NJ 08817. New location after 15July, 2014: • Hudson Mall – Asian Food Market (JSC), address: 701 Route 440, Jersey City, NJ 07304. *China Eastern will no longer accept any request for EDI location on/after 1July, 2014. IMPORTANT NOTICE: * Passengers who are taking MU298 and MU297 are not entitled for the free shuttle bus service. 1. Reconfirmation for Inbound Bus Service Passengers have to reconfirm with the shuttle bus company for inbound bus reservation, at least one day prior departure. Should passengers did not do the reconfirm, China Eastern will not responsible for any passengers’ inconvenience. 2. Reconfirmation for date change It is passenger’s responsibility to reconfirm their shuttle bus reservations (outbound and inbound) directly with the shuttle bus company at least one day prior departure for any date changes. China Eastern Airlines will not guarantee the shuttle service for any date change passengers. 3. Shuttle bus pick up for return flight Passenger who requested shuttle service to Philadelphia and Jersey City, after get off MU587 China Eastern Airlines’ staff will guide you to the shuttle bus location at T1. The airline staff will be waiting out of the flight gate with a sign that has passengers’ names on it. 4. Baggage rules for the shuttle bus service Maximum 2 pieces of checked baggage (50 lbs Maximum each) and 1 piece of carry-on (15 lbs Maximum each) is allowed per passenger. Boxes will be accepted with at least 48 hours advance notice (OVERSIZE BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). Extra pieces (50 lbs Maximum each) will be allowed at a charge of $25 per piece with at least 48 hours advance notice. 5. Infant and young children passengers below 45lbs. are required to have car seats/booster seats. Infant fares are not covered by the airlines and will be charged $30.00 per infant/each way, pay to the driver when boarding the shuttle. Passengers are responsible to bring their own car/booster seats. The shuttle bus company will not bring back, hold or store the car-seats/booster seats until they return. 6.
