(*) Due to the format and the dynamics of learning at INCAE, it is required to live on campus during the study period with the exception of the
duration of MCP in which students may have to adapt to the requirements of the project. This includes the use of all common areas of INCAE:
sports and recreation, gym, library, and CAEs.
The student will have to bring an international medical insurance valid for the period of the studies, the coverage will have to be evaluated and
approved by the INCAE’s students affairs office.

(b) Includes tuition ($ 38,915.00) and academic materials ($ 2,535.00).
(c) Accomodation in a shared bedroom at the Francisco de Sola campus in Nicaragua. Costs do not include: MCP period,
bed and bath linens, electricity and water costs, cable service, house cleaning.
(d) Accomodation in a 1 bedroom house at the Francisco de Sola campus in Nicaragua.Costs do not include: MCP period,
bed and bath linens, electricity and water costs, cable service, house cleaning.
(e) Accomodation in a 2 bedrooms house at the Francisco de Sola campus in Nicaragua.Costs do not include: MCP period,
bed and bath linens, electricity and water costs, cable service, house cleaning.
(f) Meal plan includes 100% lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday and only lunch for Saturday. Costs do not include MCP period.
(g) Meal plan is not included however tickets may be purchased individually for meal services.
RETURN POLICY
Enrollment Fee
INCAE will refund 90% of tuition (10% will be retained for administrative costs) if you request a reimbursement at least 60
calendar days prior to the start of the program, 40% refund if reimbursement is requested at least 30 calendar days prior to the
start of the program. The request for reimbursement must be sent exclusively to the financial department at INCAE.
If once enrolled, you cannot attend the program, you can freeze your reservation to be used in the course of a year calendar from
the start date of the program for which the student was originally admitted. There is no refund for reserve fees which remain
unused at the end of the freeze period. Registration fees are not transferable.
Admission fee
The payment of the admission process fee does not guarantee acceptance to the program to which a student is applying.
Under no circumstances is the admission fee refundable. It is not transferable to another person or to an application to a different
program.
PAYMENT
As soon as you receive your admission letter, you should contact your admissions manager, to proceed with the payment
of the enrollment fee to assure your space in the program.
