Kindly inform the name of the preferred judge on the registration form. COACHES ELIGIBILITY All coaches are required to be NCCP level 2 in order to coach Provincial and Interclub levels. All coaches must show proof of identification and have completed the Risk Management Program. MEDICAL A First Responder Certified individual will be on site. MUSIC CD properly labelled with name, club, level and apparatus, as per rules and regulations. AWARDS 1st to 8th places will be awarded on each apparatus. Level 1 Gymnasts will not be ranked or scores publically displayed. The same form of recognition will be given to all Level 1 athletes, Interclub and Provincial levels. Final Registration: April 3, 2015 Scripts Deadline: April 17, 2015 Fees: $35 per routine + $5 per script (scripts are required for all Provincial levels) Only fully completed registration form and payment attached will be accepted.
