The C ommunity Service proje ct for this year is Cents for
Se e ds. Childre n will collect pennies that will be donated to
the R e gional Food Bank for the garden.

7:00am-6pm. A ll children must be checked
into camp no later than 9:30am.

FIELD TRIP DAYS
Fridays
Fam ilies re ceiving DHS assistance are re sponsible for the
costs of all field trips. DHS co-payments are due on the first
of e ach month. Please contact the Dire ctor for a price list.
The se payments m ay be paid in full (the entire summer), or
we e k ly on Monday of e ach we e k.
A ll Specialty Classes will c ost an additional $10 and will last 2 weeks.
We may add additional s pecialties during the s ummer.
PARENT ORIENTATION
Wednesday, May 18th at 7:00pm at Edward L. Gaylord
Downtown YMCA Gymnasium.
LUNCH, SNACK AND WATER
Lunch will be provided Monday – Thursday Afternoon Snack
will be provided daily. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be
provided to your child by the YMCA (courtesy of the R egional
Food Bank). You will re ce ive a menu of what is being provided
e ach day. You are more than we lcome to provide these meals
to your child and/or provide additional food items. Parents are
re sponsible for lunches every Friday.

registration form and payment.
Please be sure to fill out library card registration form and turn it in with your Camp
registration. We walk to the Downtown Library every Tuesday and Thursday, weather
permitting for programming).
