Comarch Next Generation Service Fulfillment (NGSF) helps CSPs automate their service fulfillment
and delivery processes, and reduce time to market thanks to employing the catalog-driven
fulfillment concept.
NGSF is an important enabler for launching digital services delivered in sophisticated value chains. Thanks to catalog-driven orchestration, NGSF
enables quick introduction of new services delivered on top of existing technological silos. This allows for step by step transformation programs
without the need for huge up-front investments that would normally be required for the complete redesign of the existing IT ecosystem.
The solution assumes building services from pre-defined components managed in the service catalog, thus reducing time-to-market for new
services and enabling CSPs to quickly launch and deliver new offers, maintaining a high level of innovation of their product portfolio. It supports
the complete service fulfillment process: inventing the customer service, modeling it and then orchestrating network operations.
The system is based on the TMF SID:CFS-RFS-R model, as a result system operators can easily define new services directly in the service catalog,
without having to understand the technical aspects of the employed SOA technology.
The Solution
The solution can be pre-integrated with Comarch Network Inventory and Comarch Configuration Management, for better capabilities
in the area of drilling down into the resource model and orchestrating resource configuration management.
