Meet our Director Client Services team Wolbert Kamphuijs - Head of Client Services With a trust background spanning more than 20 years, Wolbert is in his position as Managing Director, the Head of Client Services at TMF Netherlands B.V., heading a team of Directors which is responsible for Client Services in The Netherlands. Before the merger between TMF Netherlands B.V. and Equity Trust The Netherlands in 2012, Wolbert held the position of Head of Legal Department of Equity Trust’s Amsterdam office and, as a Deputy Managing Director, member of the Management Board of Equity Trust The Netherlands. Before joining Equity Trust in 2000, Wolbert was a Senior Account Manager and subsequently Managing Director for a period of three year with another Dutch based international trust company. [email protected] Ilaria De Lucia - Director Client Services With an extensive experience in the corporate and financial services industries, Ilaria joined TMF Group in 2002 and currently holds the position of Director Client Services. As from 2011, Ilaria has been responsible for a business unit of 40 dedicated employees consisting of legal and accounting officers and account assistants, rendering mainly International Structuring services to clients operating in Southern Europe and Latin America. Spanish, Italian and Portuguese speaking professionals are an integral part of her team. Irrespective the jurisdiction, the team is focusing on the energy, telecom and transport (aerospace) industries. Before joining the TMF group, Ilaria worked for the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade in Amsterdam. Ilaria graduated cum laude in Corporate Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli – Libera Universita’Internazionale degli Studi Sociali in Rome and she is fluent in Italian, English and Dutch and has a basic knowledge of French. Meet our Director Client Services team Myrthe Görtzen - Director Client Services Myrthe is Director Client Services, managing a team of 40 people consisting of legal and accounting officers and account assistants. Myrthe acts as managing director of approximately 60 Dutch companies and is involved in all legal, accounting and fiscal matters of companies managed by her team, or chaired by her as managing director. Myrthe also acts as a relationship manager for several of group clients. Myrthe has in depth experience with clients in the oil/gas, real estate and nutrition industries. Her fields of expertise are incorporations, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings & refinancing and sales. Before joining TMF over 10 years ago, Myrthe worked as a Candidate Notary focussed on Corporate Law and Structuring. Myrthe holds degrees in Dutch Civil Law (LL.M), Notarial Law (LL.M) and Fiscal Law (LL.M) and, in addition to Dutch and English, is fluent in Spanish and services many Spanish and Latin American (LATAM) clients. [email protected] Hans-Peter Kevenaar - Director Client Services Hans-Peter has held the position of Director Client Services since 2012, working from our Rotterdam office. He is responsible for our International Structuring team in this office, which has a special focus on the Turkish, Russian and Kazakhstan markets and consists of legal and accounting officers, account assistants and office management. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the setting-up and management of international structures of which the last 14 years have been with TMF Group. Hans-Peter acts as a managing director at several companies established by clients in a variety of business sectors, mainly in the Oil & Gas industry and at financial institutions. Hans-Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen and is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. Meet our Director Client Services team Huub Mourits - Director Client Services Huub currently holds the position of Director Client Services, heading the Structured Finance team in our Amsterdam office. Huub joined TMF Group in 2001 as (Risk) Controller of the Financial Services division. In this capacity Huub implemented risk control mechanisms and guidelines in various areas, including operational risk control tools for securitisation transactions and CDO’s.In June 2007, he took the role of Global Managing Director of TMF Structured Finance Services. Before joining TMF Group, Huub was employed as a Risk Controller at NIB Capital Bank (now NIBC Bank N.V.). [email protected] Iwan van Munster - Director Client Services Iwan currently holds the position of Director Client Services, heading multidisciplinary team with a focus on Asia. In this capacity, he manages a team of legal and accounting officers and account assistants, who jointly serve a portfolio of approximately 250 entities. Prior to joining TMF Netherlands B.V. in 2010, Iwan practiced law at leading international law firms since 1998. Meet our Director Client Services team Timo van Rijn - Director Client Services In November 2011, after the merger with Equity Trust, Timo assumed the above-mentioned position of Director Client Services, heading a team of legal and accounting officers and account assistants, with one of the geographical focus areas being the CIS region. Timo joined TMF Group in 1998 as an account manager of a diversified client portfolio with clients in complex, international structures. Two years later he headed a team of legal officers and in 2004 he became member of the Management Team. In 2006 Timo was appointed Managing Director, co-responsible for TMF Group’s Dutch operations in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Over the years, Timo has been acting as both Managing Director and Supervisory Director of client companies, active in various business sectors, such as the financial, real estate, retail and aircraft manufacturing and leasing. [email protected] Steffen Ruigrok - Director Client Services, Outsourced Business Services With over 20 years’ experience in the business, 11 of which have been within TMF Group, Steffen took up the role of Director Client Services focusing on our Outsourced Business Services in the Netherlands in September 2014. Before stepping into this position, he co-managed the Amsterdam Structured Finance department, specialised in managing US GaaP and IFRS consolidation processes and also has been acting as Executive Director for Special Purposes Vehicles as from 2008. Prior to joining TMF Group in 2003, Steffen worked as a M&A advisor, a Senior Advisor for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment and also as an auditor at PwC. Steffen is actively involved in a mentor role at Nyenrode Business University, where he coaches accountancy students in writing their master thesis and holds a position in the supervisory board of a social housing co-operation. Steffen, himself, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nyenrode, a master’s in Economics and a postdoctoral in Accountancy.
