Discover the limitless opportunities
Constant and accelerating change challenge future
generations. New career opportunities take flight every day
reaching new heights in technology and innovation. We must
educate and enable ourselves to promote the importance of the
education leading to industry
As one who works with today’s youth you know firsthand
how fast things move for the leaders of tomorrow, and the
challenges they face in finding ways to successfully move
forward. Those of us who work to put together the Rotary
Career Symposium appreciate your efforts and want to assist
you and your students as they make career decisions. The
goal of our Symposium is to give you and your students an
opportunity to explore options, discover career opportunities
and receive quality information from exhibitors with relevant
knowledge.

Manitoba School Counselors’ Association and through support
from The Province of Manitoba and City of Winnipeg present the

Preparing Students for RCS
It All Starts With You!
The process of adolescent development across the high school

changes, young people are likely to be uncertain about the
relationships between what they know about themselves, and
what they imagine for themselves in the future.
1. G
ather written assignments and follow-up on the day’s
