CAREERS FAIR Wednesday, 11th February 2015 10.00am to 1.30pm Welcome to Stranmillis University College Open Day & Careers Fair where face-to-face networking still remains the best technique. The Careers Service is a resource centre where you are welcome to chat about careers and employability. Potential students are encouraged to get in touch to discuss how Stranmillis courses can help you enter or develop in a chosen career. The Careers Service offers practical advice on identifying skills and abilities, improving CVs and application letters as well as brushing up on your interview skills. The earlier you make use of the Careers Service the easier it is to find information needed to make informed decisions about your future. You will have the opportunity to assess your values, interests, abilities and skills and relate these to opportunities for graduate employment, further study and training. Our careers and employability support doesn't stop when you finish your studies. As a Stranmillis graduate you are eligible to access the full range of services for up to two years upon graduation. Get in touch to see how we can help you plan your career and improve your skills in navigating the job market. If you are unable to access services on campus, we can offer email or telephone support too. Current students and graduates can also stay in touch through our new Facebook Group, [email protected] this is a closed group to allow access to information and job opportunities.
