Opening of Advanced Phase
This programme aims to recap the past eLeap Intermediate phase, reflecting on the trainings achieved during the Intermediate phase, through
the “eLeap Intermediate Journey” video montage and “Sharing of eLeap Intermediate Journey”. Students will be given an introduction to the
upcoming eLeap Advanced phase activities and their schedules. During the event, we will also be hosting a networking session with our
Industry Partners Mentors and launch the “Industry Profiling” programme whereby the eLeap students will study and profile industry to gain
more insights into the relevant industry. This programme would be supported by our industry partners mentors who will provide guidance and
mentorship to the eLeap students.
eLeap Project for SEG Community

Orientation Programme in University
An initiative for eLeap students to understand the vision and mission of SUTD and get insights of learning experience on how SUTD nurtures
design thinking.
Leadership Forum
Industry partners will be invited to give talks in RP. The leadership forum, tentatively named “Becoming a Responsible Leader”, will be held in
the Smart LT at W2 to encourage the participants to raise relevant questions to the industry speaker. The talks by the industry partners will
focus on their experiences, their journey in reaching the top, the difficulties and joy throughout the journey. The talks will be followed by
discussions among the guests and participants at an informal level.
Engineering in Community
This programme aims to give an opportunity to advanced phase eleap students to take leadership roles in initiating, planning and executing an
EIC project. Three teams will work closely with three different voluntary welfare organisations (VWOs) and aim to provide meaningful solutions
to problems faced by them.
My Industry Learning Journey
This programme aims to develop eLEAP students' personal development skills, career enrichment skills and discernment skills with appropriate
level of engagement with industry professionals through profiling of a subject or topic with their mentor. The subject or topic can be aspects of
a company, a business, technology, industry sector, a strategic issue/problem, case study, or an area of a fundamental, industrial or an applied
nature. The objective is to have industry's involvement and support which give our students a real world learning experience.
eLeap Closing Ceremony
eLeap industry mentors and parents of Advance Phase eLeap students will be invited to celebrate the achievements and successful completion
of the inaugural batch of eLeap students. eLeap graduands will each be presented with a Certificate of Completion and they will in turn present
their respective industry mentors with Certification of Appreciation. A speech will be given by DSEG to mark the successful completion of this
inaugural eLeap initiative. There will also be three student presentations during the closing ceremony. An exhibition will be held in conjunction
to showcase projects undertaken by the eLeap graduands and to exhibit the company/mentor profiles done by them. Guests will be hosted to
a tea reception.
