An US company is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Japan, to support the localization requests of APJ
(primarily Japan) in the category of the company’s Security and Data-Centre type products. It essentially means the
Program Manager would attend and engage the company’s internal stakeholder meetings that would be focused on this
products, and be the ambassador for localization support coordination. This means taking note of the necessary
requirements to have documents localized in Japanese vs. the Global English product language information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering Security/Datacenter project status update
- Communicate Portfolio Status Update with BO/CTO
- Japan Strategic meeting

- Quarterly Portfolio Report - SBG QBR report
- Business Justification - Support Product L10N Business Justification preparation
- LME job creation - Pre info collection LME job creation
スキル・資格
必須要件：
- ローカライゼーション・サポート関連プロジェクトにおける、プログラム/ポートフォリオマネジャー経験
- 外資系企業、特にIT企業における就業経験
- 予算管理、議事録作成、レポート作成スキル
- IT業界あるいはテクノロジーの基礎知識 (セキュリティ＆データセンター製品 )
- 日本語が母国語レベルでビジネスレベル以上の英語力をお持ちの方
- 学ぶのが早い方
- Jive経験、尚可
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years' working experience in Program management / Portfolio management on Localization support related
projects
- Working experience for the foreign companies (IT companies are preferable)
- Basic knowledge of IT industry and technologies (Security and Data-Centre product)
- Ability to manage budgets and complex process, making conference minutes
- Native Japanese with capability of business English communication skill (over 750 scores of TOEIC)
- At least no issue with writing/reading/listening in English as daily communication. Speaking skill can be evaluated
- Jive experience
- Having positive mind-set and motivations to challenge new things
- Flexible and quick at work
- Good communication skills to be able to work cross-functionally
- Being good under pressure
- Ability to work independently to pursue goals and thrive in a complex organization
