A multinational manufacturing organization is searching for a deeply experienced B2B sales professional. As the Account
and Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will use their business analysis skills to provide reports
and document projects, providing customers with accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities:
Create or conceptualize a particular business project and explain it to appropriate directors and product managers
so that it will be successfully negotiated
Create and submit report files on projects, documenting progress and measuring all aspects of interest and
concern
Give appropriate explanations to customers regarding technical specifications, pricing, terms and conditions
Requirements:
10+ years' B2B sales experience in a related product area

Knowledge of the plastic film industry
Interactive and intercultural verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 730+)
Business analysis skills
Good command of current PC software
