The tour lasts one-anda-half hours and takes you through the tailoring department, the costume department, the make-up department, the props room and the stage. Pilates CHF 10, 10 max. (in German) academia Pilates is a body conditioning. Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. This evening will give you a one-hour introduction to Pilates – mats provided. Taiko – Japanese Drumming CHF 30, 9 max. (in English/German) Taiko Zürich A workshop divided into two parts: • • Theory and practical introduction to Japanese Taiko drumming Demonstration of basic rhythm A chance to try Taiko yourself – as a group. Stress relief. Daily short sessions of Meditation have been shown to lower blood pressure and improve mental well being. You will be shown simple techniques to work with and relax your mind naturally. You don’t have to sit cross-legged, you can also do it in a chair! Please bring a cushion if you wish.
