Nach zwei Editionen, die
nun fast zwanzig Jahre
zurückliegen (1997 und
1998) und in unvergesslicher Erinnerung
bleiben, möchte RALLYSTORY Sie
wieder dazu anregen, das großartige
Pyrenäengebirge zu entdecken. Auf
vielfachen Wunsch haben wir deshalb
die dritte „RALLYE DES PYRENEES“ in
unserem Rallye-Kalender 2016
aufgenommen. Mit großer Freude haben
wir letzten Herbst nochmals diese
wundervollen Bergstraßen für Sie
erkundet, die so ganz anders als die der
Alpen oder Korsikas sind.
Im Verlauf der Geschichte wurden
in den Pyrenäen stets zahlreiche
Automobilwettbewerbe ausgetragen,
1899 war es die „Rallye Pau - Bayonne –
Pau“, dann im Jahr 1901 der „Grand-Prix
de Pau“ und im Jahr 1905 der „Coupe
des Pyrénées“. In der Nachkriegszeit
fanden Automobilwettbewerbe wie
beispielsweise die „Rallye Bayonne
Côte Basque“, die „Rallyes des deux
Catalognes“, die “Rallye d’Andorre“, das
Rennen „La course de côte de Luchon“
statt, die bestätigen, dass das Relief
dieser Region für Motorsportbegeisterte
besonders ansprechend ist.
Die „RALLYE DES PYRENEES“ bietet
einen Automobilwettbewerb in einer
außergewöhnlich abwechslungsreichen
Landschaft: von den Hügeln Kataloniens
über das grüne Baskenland und das
Fürstentum Andorra bis hin zu den
legendären Gipfeln der Départements
Ariège, Haute-Garonne und HautesPyrénées. Die Straßenführung dieser
Gebiete ist kurvenreich, ermöglicht
jedoch auch ein fließendes und
rhythmisches Fahren.

le migliori tappe: hotel cinque stelle ad
Andorra, hotel «Parador» in Spagna e,
in Francia, uno dei 16 “Palace” francesi:
l’hôtel du Palais a Biarritz.

Bayonne Costa Basca, il rally delle due
Catalogne, il rally di Andorra e la corsa
in salita di Luchon hanno confermato
quanto le montagne di questa regione si
prestino al piacere di guidare.

nostro calendario 2016. È stato quindi
con grande piacere che, nella nostra
ricognizione dello scorso autunno,
abbiano ritrovato questi magnifici
percorsi, così diversi dalle Alpi e dalla
Corsica.

presque vingt ans (en 1997 et
1998), restées gravées dans
les mémoires, RALLYSTORY vous
propose à nouveau de découvrir le
magnifique massif pyrénéen. A la demande
de beaucoup d’entre vous le 3e RALLYE
DES PYRENEES s’est inséré naturellement
dans notre calendrier 2016. C’est donc
avec un grand plaisir que nous avons
retrouvé en retrouvé en reconnaissance à
l’automne dernier ces routes magnifiques
si différentes des Alpes ou de la Corse.

Following requests from many of you, the
3rd Rallye des Pyrénées was a natural
addition to our programme for 2016.
It was a great pleasure therefore for us to
re-discover these magnificent roads – so
different from those in the Alps or Corsica
– during our reconnaissance trip last
autumn.
Le RALLYE DES PYRENEES est réservé
aux voitures de collection de plus de
30 ans, construites entre 1950 et 1986.
Le format sur 3 journées, du 15 au
17 septembre, permet de franchir, d’Est
en Ouest, la quasi-intégralité des cols
majeurs, tout en s’épargnant la traversée
de grandes villes ou de fonds de vallées.
En plus des fabuleux paysages propres
à cette région, nous vous avons réservé
les meilleures étapes : hôtel cinq étoiles
en Andorre, Parador en Espagne et un
des seize « palaces » français : l’hôtel du
Palais à Biarritz.
The RALLYE DES PYRENEES is reserved
for classic cars at least 30 years old,
built from 1950 to 1986. The programme
over three days, from 15-17 September,
will allow you to cross nearly all the
major passes, from east to west, whilst
avoiding the major towns at the bottom
of the valleys. As well as the spectacular
scenery of the region, we have reserved
the best overnight accommodation
for you: a five-star hotel in Andorra, a
Parador in Spain and one of the 16 great
luxury hotels in France, the Hôtel du
Palais in Biarritz.
Historiquement, les Pyrénées ont toujours
accueilli de nombreuses compétitions
automobiles, avec dès 1899 le rallye Pau
- Bayonne - Pau, puis le Grand-Prix de
Pau en 1901 et la Coupe des Pyrénées
en 1905. A l’après-guerre des épreuves
comme le rallye Bayonne Côte Basque,
le rallyes des deux Catalognes, le rallye
d’Andorre, la course de côte de Luchon
confirment encore que le relief de cette
région est propice au plaisir de pilotage.
Historically, the Pyrenees have long
hosted motorsport events, beginning
with the Pau – Bayonne – Pau Rally in
1899, then the Grand Prix de Pau in 1901
and the Coupe des Pyrénées in 1905. In
the post-war period, events such as the
Bayonne Côte Basque Rally, the Rallye
des deux Catalognes, the Andorra Rally
and the Luchon Hillclimb confirmed once
again how well the landscapes of this
region lend themselves to the pleasure of
driving.

Réglement
VEHICULES ELIGIBLES
Les véhicules admis à prendre le départ doivent être du type
Rallye, Sport ou Grand Tourisme d’après guerre jusqu’à 1986
(classe 1 à 5).
Classe 1 : 1945 - 1958
Classe 2 : 1959 - 1965
Classe 3 : 1966 - 1972
Classe 4 : 1973 - 1979
Classe 5 :
1980 - 1986
Le comité de sélection se réserve le droit de refuser tout
véhicule.
Les véhicules doivent être en tous points conformes au Code
de la route.
Les participants doivent veiller au bon état général de leur auto,
en particulier des pneumatiques, de l’éclairage, de la fixation de
la batterie et des ceintures de sécurité (si requises par la loi).
De plus, la présence d’un extincteur d’un kg minimum est
obligatoire.
Aucun changement de véhicule participant inscrit n’est possible
sans autorisation préalable de RALLYSTORY.
ETAPES SUR ROUTE
Cinq étapes en 3 jours sont au programme, soit 1 000 km
d’itinéraires de rallye.
Les participants doivent respecter l’itinéraire du road-book, sans
contrainte de vitesse, ni de moyenne. Pour ce faire, ils font viser
leur feuille de pointage aux différents Contrôles de Passage (CP)
dont les emplacements sont tenus secrets.
Nous rappelons que l’épreuve se déroulant sur routes ouvertes
non neutralisées, les participants doivent strictement se conformer au Code de la route.
L’information sur les consignes de sécurité figure dans le roadbook remis aux participants.

plateau adapté au véhicule en panne qui transportera ce dernier
vers un lieu, sécurisé et fermé, déterminé par le propriétaire
(garage, parking…), dans un rayon maximum de 200 km du
lieu de l’incident.
CAMION BAGAGES
Les participants, qui le souhaitent, peuvent confier leurs
bagages à l’organisation qui les transportera du départ à l’hôtel
le jeudi et d’hôtels en hôtels les jours suivants.
GARDIENNAGE DES PARCS
Du mercredi soir au dimanche matin, les parcs sont gardés pendant toute la nuit par des équipes de sécurité professionnelles.
Leur accès n’est ni obligatoire, ni fermé.
HEBERGEMENT
A chaque étape, un soin particulier est porté à l’hébergement
afin de garantir le meilleur confort et la plus grande convivialité
à tous les participants.
ANDORRE : pour sa situation en pleine verdure et son grand
confort le Sport Hôtel Hermitage***** a été retenu (www.hotelhermitage.sporthotelsandorra.fr).
VIEHLA : du côté espagnol des Pyrénées, les participants
logent à l’hôtel Paradores**** (www.parador.es/fr/paradores/
parador-de-vielha).
BIARRITZ : un des plus prestigieux palaces au monde accueille
le final du rallye : l’hôtel du Palais*****PALACE (www.hotel-dupalais.com
Les équipages qui souhaitent être regroupés dans le même
hôtel doivent en faire la demande au plus tard 15 jours avant le
rallye en nous précisant les membres de leur « écurie ».
L’hébergement en chambres single est possible, avec supplément, dans la limite des disponibilités.
DROITS D’ENGAGEMENT
CLASSEMENT
Le classement s’établit en fonction des pénalisations routières
(Contrôles de Passages non visés). Tous les participants non
pénalisés à la fin du rallye se voient attribuer la Coupe des
Pyrénées symbolisée par un diplôme.
A aucun moment une quelconque notion de vitesse,
moyenne ou temps impartis sur route n’intervient dans
le classement.
Le RALLYE DES PYRENEES se déroulant sous le signe de la
convivialité, aucune réclamation ne sera retenue.
ASSISTANCE MECANIQUE
Des équipes de mécaniciens professionnels et des véhicules
balais sont à la disposition des participants pour leur porter
assistance tout au long de l’itinéraire ainsi qu’aux étapes.
REMORQUAGE
RALLYSTORY a souscrit pour chaque participant un contrat
d’assistance remorquage spécifique inclus dans les droits
d‘engagement, car ne pas vous laisser au bord de la route en
cas de panne mécanique irréparable par nos équipes de mécaniciens est une priorité depuis plus de 20 ans.
Notre « assisteur » vous garantit, en collaboration avec nos
équipes, les prestations suivantes :

Les droits d’engagement de 3 950 € (1 750 € d’acompte à
l’engagement et 2 200 € de solde au départ) incluent pour un
équipage de deux personnes et leur véhicule: l’encadrement
logistique, 3 nuits en chambre pour 2 personnes avec petits
déjeuners, 6 repas avec boissons du déjeuner du 15 septembre
au dîner du 17, les assurances, le matériel du rallye (plaques
alu, n° de portière, road-book...), le gardiennage des parcs, le
convoyage des bagages, l’assistance mécanique, l’assistance
remorquage, les cadeaux…

de hayons facilite le chargement à plat des véhicules.
En association avec une société professionnelle, parfaitement
assurée et spécialisée dans le transport international de véhicules de prestige, nous vous proposons de faire acheminer votre
voiture pour le départ depuis PARIS jusqu’à COLLIOURE par
camion fermé, et/ou depuis l’arrivée à BIARRITZ jusqu’à PARIS.
La prestation est de 850 € par voiture pour l‘aller (PARIS COLLIOURE), et de 850 € pour le retour (BIARRITZ - PARIS), soit
1 700 € pour l‘aller-retour. Vous avez le choix de n’utiliser ce
service que pour l’aller ou que pour le retour.
Depuis BRUXELLES, l’aller-retour BRUXELLES - COLLIOURE /
BIARRITZ - BRUXELLES est proposé à 2 100 €.

Le temps d’acheminement est de 3 jours environ.
Si plusieurs participants sont intéressés par un transport groupé
depuis une autre ville que, nous pouvons étudier un lieu de prise
en charge des véhicules en conséquence.

ASSURANCE
Le RALLYE DE PYRENEES est une manifestation de loisirs
ayant pour but de rassembler des propriétaires de véhicules de
collection ou d’exception, en dehors de toute notion de sport,
de vitesse ou de compétition. Les propriétaires des véhicules
engagés font leur affaire personnelle de l’assurance auto
responsabilité civile vis-à-vis des tiers. Il leur est recommandé
de vérifier l’étendue de leurs garanties auprès de leur assureur
avant l’épreuve.
Les véhicules circulant sur route doivent être conformes au
Code de la route et notamment être munis d’un certificat d’immatriculation, d’un certificat de contrôle technique (si requis) en
vigueur et d’un certificat d’assurance valable.
Les participants renoncent à engager la responsabilité de
RALLYSTORY à quelque titre que ce soit, sauf en cas de faute
lourde.
Le contrat conclu entre les participants et l’organisateur est régi
par la loi française. Tout litige qu’il pourrait susciter sera soumis
à la compétence des tribunaux de Paris.
RENSEIGNEMENTS ET INSCRIPTIONS
Le RALLYE DES PYRENEES ne requiert ni licence de pilote,
ni homologation du véhicule, ni assurance spécifique.

Regulations
fixed by our team of mechanics.
Our assistance policy, in collaboration with our staff, includes
the following services:
A RALLYSTORY multilingual operator will handle your call. A
flatbed trailer adapted to your car will take you to the secured
facility of your choice (garage, parking lot and hotel) within a
200-km radius of the place of breakdown.
LUGGAGE VAN
Participants who so wish may avail themselves of the hotel-tohotel luggage transportation facility.
CAR PARKING SECURITY
On Friday and Saturday, the car parks will be under surveillance by professional security guards all night long. Car park
access is neither compulsory nor controlled.
ACCOMMODATION
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
Eligible vehicles must fall within one of the following categories: Rally, Sports and GT dating from the post-war era
to the present day.
Group 1:
1945 - 1958
Group 2:
1959 - 1965
Group 3:
1966 - 1972
Group 4:
1973 - 1979
Group 5:
1980 - 1986
The Selection Committee reserves the right to refuse any
vehicle.
Vehicles must comply with the French Highway Code.
Participants must check that their vehicle is in good working
condition, particularly tyres, headlights, battery level and
seatbelts (if required by law). On board, it is compulsory
to carry an extinguisher weighing at least 1 kg, a warning
triangle, a yellow safety jacket and a breathalyzer.
Registered participating vehicles may not be changed without
prior authorization from RALLYSTORY.
ROAD STAGES
The programme comprises five stages, namely 1,000 km
(620 miles) of rally routes.
Competitors must keep to the itinerary given in the road
book. There are no speed or average speed requirements.
Competitors must have their route card signed at each Check
Point (CP), the locations of which are kept secret.
Please bear in mind that since the event is taking place
on non-neutralized public highways, all participants must
observe the Highway Code to the letter.
Safety instructions are set out in the road-book given to
participants.
RESULTS
Overall results per category will be determined on the basis of
penalties incurred during the road stages (check points are not
indicated). All participants without penalty points at the end
of the rally are awarded the Coupe des Pyrénées, symbolizes
by a diploma.
At no time will any notion of pure speed, average speed or
allotted time influence the results.
As the RALLYE DES PYRENEES is intended to be a friendly

Teams of professional mechanics and rescue vehicles will be
available to assist drivers along the entire route and at stopover points.
TOWING ASSISTANCE
In order to enhance its services, RALLYSTORY, has reorganized
its towing system by taking out a vehicle recovery policy, which
is included in your registration fees. Why ? Because our priority
for the past 20 years has been not to let you down on the side
of the road when your car has broken down and cannot be

that all participants enjoy comfortable accommodation in a
friendly atmosphere.
ANDORRA: for its comfort and natural setting, we have selected
the Sport Hôtel Hermitage***** (www.hotelhermitage.sporthotelsandorra.fr).
VIEHLA: on the Spanish side of the Pyrenees, participants
will stay in the Parador hotel (www.parador.es/fr/paradores/
parador-de-vielha).
BIARRITZ: at the end of the rally, participants will stay in one
of the most prestigious luxury hotels in the world, the Hôtel du
Palais*****PALACE (www.hotel-du-palais.com).
Teams wishing to stay in the same hotel should make their
request at least 15 days before the rally.
Single rooms are available for an additional charge, subject
to availability.
ENTRY FEES
For a team of two people and their vehicle, the € 3,950 entry fee
(€ 1,750 deposit on entering and the balance of € 2,200 payable
at the start of the rally) includes the following: logistical organization, 3 nights + breakfast in a room for two people, 6 meals
with drinks from the September 16th lunch to the September
18th dinner, insurance, rally equipment (aluminium plates, door
numbers and road book etc.), car park guards, luggage transportation, mechanical assistance and towing assistance, gifts, etc.

BIARRITZ IN CLOSED TRUCKS.
NEW: for greater security and protection, we now charter
closed trucks. The use of rear tailgates makes it easier to
load cars by means of a flat loading ramp.
In association with a professional company, which is fully
insured and specialises in the international transport of
prestige cars, we can deliver your car from PARIS to the start
in COLLIOURE in a closed truck, and/or from the finish in
BIARRITZ back to PARIS.
This service is available for 850€ for the outward leg (PARIS
– COLLIOURE) and for 850€ for the return section (BIARRITZ
– PARIS), or a combined charge of 1700€ for the complete
trip. You may choose to use this service for either the outward or return legs.
From BRUSSELS, the return trip BRUSSELS – COLLIOURE/
BIARRITZ – BRUSSELS is available for 2100 €.
From GENEVA, the return trip GENEVE – COLLIOURE/
BIARRITZ – GENEVA is available for 2100 €.
The transport time is around 3 days.
If several participants are interested in a group transport

INSURANCE
The RALLYE DES PYRENEES is an event designed to bring
together owners of collectors’ cars, quite apart from any
notion of competition. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to arrange third-party insurance cover for any vehicle
entered.
Participating vehicles must have a registration document, a
valid MOT certificate and an insurance certificate.
Competitors release the organizers from any liability arising
from the use of their vehicle for any material damage or
personal injury caused to third parties or to themselves in
any circumstances whatsoever.

Reglement
ZUGELASSENE FAHRZEUGE
Bei den startberechtigten Fahrzeugen muss es sich um Rallye-,
Sport- und Grand Tourisme-Fahrzeuge aus der Nachkriegszeit
bis 1986 (Klasse 1 bis 5) handeln.
Klasse 1: 1945 - 1958
Klasse 2: 1959 - 1965
Klasse 3: 1966 - 1972
Klasse 4: 1973 - 1979

1980 - 1986
Bei anderen Modellen fragen Sie uns bitte.
Das Auswahlkomitee behält sich das Recht vor, Fahrzeuge
abzulehnen.
Die Teilnehmer haben auf den allgemeinen Zustand ihres
Wagens zu achten, vor allen Dingen auf Reifen, Lichter,
Batteriebefestigung und Sicherheitsgurt (sofern gesetzlich vorgeschrieben). Außerdem sind an Bord ein Feuerlöscher von mindestens einem kg, ein Warndreieck, eine gelbe Sicherheitsweste
und ein Alkoholtest vorgeschrieben.
Das Auswechseln eines Teilnehmerwagens ohne vorherige
Genehmigung durch RALLYSTORY ist nicht gestattet.
GEPÄCK-LKW
Die Teilnehmer haben die Möglichkeit, ihr Gepäck der
Organisationsleitung anzuvertrauen, die das Gepäck von Hotel
zu Hotel transportiert.
BEWACHUNG DER FAHRZEUGE
Am Freitag- und Samstagabend werden die Parks von professionellen Überwachungsteams die ganze Nacht über bewacht.
Der Zugang ist weder verboten noch geschlossen.
UNTERKUNFT
Bei jeder Etappe wird mit besonderer Umsicht für die
Unterbringung der Teilnehmer gesorgt, um sicherzustellen, dass
allen der höchste Komfort und die herzlichste Gastfreundlichkeit
zugutekommen.
ANDORRA: Für unsere Teilnehmer wurde das mitten im Herzen
der Natur gelegene und höchst komfortable Fünf-Sterne-Hotel
„Sport Hôtel Hermitage“ ausgewählt (www.hotelhermitage.
sporthotelsandorra.fr).
VIEHLA: Auf der spanischen Seite der Pyrenäen werden die
Teilnehmer im Vier-Sterne-Hotel „Parador de Vielha“ (www.
parador.es/fr/paradores/parador-de-vielha) untergebracht.
BIARRITZ: Einer der prächtigsten Paläste der Welt empfängt
die Teilnehmer am Tag des Rallye-Finales: das FünfsternePalasthotel „Hôtel du Palais“ (www.hotel-du-palais.com).
Die Teams, die in demselben Hotel untergebracht werden
möchten, müssen ihren Antrag spätestens 15 Tage vor der
Rallye stellen.
Die Unterbringung in Einzelzimmern ist möglich, allerdings
stehen solche nur begrenzt zur Verfügung.
TEILNAHMEGEBÜHR
STRASSENPRÜFUNG
Auf dem Programm stehen fünf Etappen mit insgesamt 1.000
km Rallyestrecke.
Die Teilnehmer müssen sich an die Strecke des Roadbooks halten,
Auflagen für Geschwindigkeit oder Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit
gibt es nicht. Hiefür lassen die Teilnehmer ihr Kontrollblatt
an den verschiedenen Kontrollposten (CP) abzeichnen, deren
Standort geheim gehalten wird.
Wir rufen Ihnen in Erinnerung, dass das Rennen auf
nicht gesperrten offenen Straßen stattfindet und dass die
Teilnehmer daher zur strengen Einhaltung der französischen
Straßenverkehrsordnung verpflichtet sind.
Informationen über die Sicherheitsvorschriften sind in dem
Roadbook enthalten, das den Teilnehmern übergeben wird.
KLASSEMENT
Das Gesamtklassement nach Kategorie wird unter
Berücksichtigung der Strafen für den Straßenbereich
(Kontrollposten ohne Abzeichnung). Alle Ralley-Teilnehmer, die
bis zum Ende der Rallye ohne Strafe geblieben sind, erhalten für
die Teilnahme als Auszeichnung eine Urkunde.
Für das Klassement ist weder die Geschwindigkeit noch
die Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit, noch eine Zeitvorgabe
ausschlaggebend.
Da die RALLYE DES PYRENEES unter dem Zeichen des
geselligen Miteinanders steht, werden keinerlei Reklamationen
berücksichtigt.
UNTERSTÜTZUNG DURCH
MECHANIKER
Es stehen professionelle Mechanikerteams und Begleitfahrzeuge
bereit, um die Teilnehmer auf der ganzen Strecke und während
der Etappen zu unterstützen.
ABSCHLEPPSERVICE
Für eine bessere Qualität der von uns angebotenen
Serviceleistungen hat RALLYSTORY sein Abschleppsystem
umorganisiert und für jeden Teilnehmer einen Vertrag über eine
Abschlepphilfe abgeschlossen, die in der Gebühr enthalten ist,
da wir uns seit mehr als 10 Jahren das vorrangige Ziel gesetzt
haben, Sie nicht am Straßenrand zurückzulassen, wenn der
Schaden an Ihrem Fahrzeug von unseren Mechanikerteams
nicht behoben werden kann.
Unsere Unterstützung garantiert Ihnen in Zusammenarbeit mit
unseren Teams die folgenden Leistungen:
Bearbeitung durch einen RALLYSTORY-Telefondienst, der mehrere Sprachen spricht, mit anschließender Bereitstellung einer
für das liegen gebliebene Fahrzeug geeigneten Plattform, mit
dem das Fahrzeug an einen sicheren Ort transportiert wird, der
vom Eigentümer bestimmt wird (Werkstatt, Hotelparkplatz usw.),
und zwar innerhalb eines Radius von maximal 200 km von dem
Standort, an dem das Fahrzeug liegen geblieben ist.
Die Teilnahmegebühr von 3.950 € (1.750 € Anzahlung bei der
Anmeldung und den Restbetrag von 2.200 € vor dem Start),
umfasst für ein Zweier-Team und sein Fahrzeug Folgendes:
die Logistikbetreuung, 3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück für
2 Personen im Doppelzimmer, 6 Mahlzeiten mit Getränken:
vom Mittagessen am 15. Juni bis zum Mittagessen am
17., die Versicherungen, das Rallyematerial (Alutafeln,
Wagentürnummer, Roadbook usw.), die Bewachung der
Fahrzeuge, den Gepäcktransport, die Mechaniker-Unterstützung
mit Plattform, die Geschenke usw.

In Zusammenarbeit mit einem professionellen Unternehmen, das
über einen im vollen Umfang ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz
verfügt und auf den internationalen Transport von LuxusAutomobilen spezialisiert ist, bieten wir Ihnen an, Ihr Auto ab
der Abfahrt von PARIS bis nach COLLIOURE per geschlossenen
LKW verbringen zu lassen, und/oder ab dem Zielort BIARRITZ
bis PARIS.
Der Preis für diese Dienstleistung beträgt 850 € pro Fahrzeug
für den Antransport (PARIS - COLLIOURE) und 850 € für den
Rücktransport (BIARRITZ - PARIS), also 1700 € für den An- und
Rücktransport. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, diesen Service wahlweise nur für den Antransport oder nur für den Rücktransport in

VERSICHERUNG
Die RALLYE DES PYRENEES ist eine Veranstaltung, die das Ziel
verfolgt, Eigentümer von Sammler-Fahrzeugen zusammen zu
bringen, ohne dass dabei der Wettbewerbgedanke eine Rolle
spielt. Die Eigentümer der gemeldeten Fahrzeuge kümmern sich
selbst um die zivile Haftpflichtversicherung gegenüber Dritten.
Für die Fahrzeuge, die am normalen Straßenverkehr teilnehmen,
müssen die Halter einen Kraftfahrzeugschein, eine gültige TÜVund Versicherungsbescheinigung besitzen.
Die Teilnehmer entbinden die Organisatoren von jeder Haftung,
die sich aus dem Gebrauch ihrer Fahrzeuge im Hinblick auf
Personen- und Sachschäden ergibt, die Dritten oder ihnen selbst
entstehen, ungeachtet der Gründe für solche Schäden.

Regolamento
VEICOLI AMMESSI
I veicoli ammessi alla partenza devono essere veicoli di tipo
Rally, Sport o Gran Turismo, del periodo dal dopoguerra ai
1986 (classe da 1 a 5).
Classe 1: 1945 - 1958
Classe 2: 1959 - 1966
Classe 3: 1967 - 1972
Classe 4: 1973 - 1979
Classe 5:
1980 - 1986
Il comitato di selezione si riserva il diritto di rifiutare eventuali
veicoli.
I partecipanti devono accertarsi del buono stato generale
della loro auto, in particolare dei pneumatici, dei fari, del fissaggio delle batterie e delle cinture di sicurezza (se richieste
per legge). È inoltre obbligatoria la presenza a bordo di un
estintore di almeno un kg, di un triangolo segnaletico, di un
giubbotto rifrangente di sicurezza e di un etilotest.
Non è consentito cambiare i veicoli partecipanti iscritti senza
l’autorizzazione di RALLYSTORY.
PROVA SU STRADA
Il programma prevede cinque tappe, con 1 000 km di
percorso di rally.
I concorrenti dovranno rispettare l’itinerario del road-book,
senza limiti di velocità né di media. Per fare ciò dovranno
far vistare il foglio di punzonatura presso i vari Controlli di
Passaggio (CP) la cui posizione è mantenuta segreta.
Ricordiamo che la prova si svolgerà su strade aperte non
neutralizzate, i partecipanti devono strettamente adattarsi al
Codice della strada.
Le informazioni sulle norme di sicurezza sono presentate nel
road-book rilasciato ai partecipanti.
CLASSIFICA
La classifica generale per categoria avviene in funzione delle
penalizzazioni stradali (controlli di passaggio non vidimati).
Tutti i partecipanti non penalizzati alla fine del rally ricevono
la Coupe des Pyrénées simbolizzata da un diploma.
Velocità, media o tempi registrati in strada sono parametri non validi ai sensi della classifica.
Il RALLYE DES PYRENEES si svolge all’insegna della convivialità e non ammette alcuna contestazione.
ASSISTENZA MECCANICA
Squadre di meccanici professionisti e di veicoli scopa sono
a disposizione dei partecipanti per assisterli lungo tutto
l’itinerario e nelle tappe.
OPERAZIONI DI RIMORCHIO
Per migliorare ulteriormente la qualità dei servizi da noi proposti, RALLYSTORY ha organizzato il sistema di assistenza
sottoscrivendo, per ogni partecipante, un’assicurazione di
rimorchio inclusa nelle tasse di iscrizione che, in caso di
guasto meccanico irreparabile, consente al partecipante di
non essere abbandonato ai bordi della strada ma recuperato
dalle nostre squadre di meccanici. Questa è infatti da oltre
20 anni una delle nostre priorità.
La nostra « assicurazione di assistenza » garantisce, in
collaborazione con le nostre squadre, le seguenti prestazioni:
Assistenza telefonica da parte di un operatore multilingue
specifico RALLYSTORY, quindi messa a disposizione di una
piattaforma adatta al veicolo per trasportarlo in un luogo,
protetto e chiuso, indicato dal proprietario (garage, parcheggio di hotel …), entro un raggio massimo di 200 km dal
luogo dell’incidente.
CAMION BAGAGLI
I partecipanti che lo desiderino potranno affidare i loro bagagli all’organizzazione che provvederà al trasporto durante le
varie tappe.
PARCHEGGI SORVEGLIATI
Venerdì sera e sabato sera, i parchi sono custoditi durante
l’intera notte da squadre di sorveglianza professionali. Il loro
accesso non è né obbligatorio né vietato.
ALLOGGIO
Per ogni tappa viene posta una cura speciale nella scelta
dell’alloggio, onde garantire il massimo confort e un ambiente
piacevolmente conviviale a tutti i partecipanti.
ANDORRA: É stato scelto lo Sport HôtelHermitage***** (www.
hotelhermitage.sporthotelsandorra.fr), per la sua collocazione
immersa nel verde e i suoi notevoli confort .
VIEHLA: sul versante spagnolo dei Pirenei i partecipanti
alloggeranno all’hotel Paradores**** (www.parador.es/fr/
paradores/parador-de-viella).
BIARRITZ: uno dei più prestigiosi «palace» del mondo
accoglierà l’arrivo della tappa finale del rally: l’hôtel du
Palais*****PALACE (www.hotel-du-palais.com).
I gruppi che desiderano essere alloggiati nello stesso hotel
devono fare una richiesta al massimo 15 giorni prima della
data fissata per il rally.
Camera singola disponibile mediante pagamento di un supplemento ed entro i limiti di disponibilità.
TASSE D’ISCRIZIONE
Le tasse d’iscrizione che ammontano a 3 950 € (1 750 € da
versare come acconto all’atto dell’iscrizione e 2 200 € a saldo
alla partenza) si riferiscono ad un equipaggio di due persone
più il veicolo ed includono: la struttura logistica, 3 pernottamenti in camera doppia con colazione, 6 pasti con bibite dal
pranzo del 15 giugno marzo al pranzo del 17, le assicurazioni,
il materiale del rally (targhe in alluminio, n° di portiera, roadbook...), i parcheggi controllati, la scorta del bagaglio, l’assistenza meccanica con piattaforma, gli omaggi…

NOVITÀ: per garantire maggiore sicurezza e protezione
noleggiamo camion chiusi. L’utilizzo di sponde facilita in
ogni caso il caricamento a terra dei veicoli.
In collaborazione con una società del settore, regolarmente
assicurata e specializzata nel trasporto internazionale di
automobili di lusso, vi proponiamo il trasporto della vostra auto
da PARIGI a COLLIOURE su camion chiuso all’andata e/o da
BIARRITZ a PARIGI al ritorno.
Il costo del servizio è di 850 € per automobile all’andata (PARIGI - COLLIOURE), e di 850 € al ritorno (BIARRITZ
- PARIGI), per un totale di 1.700 € andata-ritorno. È possibile
scegliere di utilizzare il servizio anche per la sola andata o il
solo ritorno.
Da BRUXELLES, il costo andata-ritorno BRUXELLES COLLIOURE / BIARRITZ - BRUXELLES è di 2.100 €.
Da GINEVRA, il costo andata-ritorno GINEVRA - COLLIOURE /

Il tempo di trasporto è di circa 3 giorni.
In caso di più partecipanti interessati ad usufruire di un trasporto di gruppo da un città diversa da PARIGI, potremo valutare

ASSICURAZIONE
Il RALLYE DES PYRENEES è una manifestazione il cui scopo
è riunire i proprietari di veicoli da collezione al di fuori di
qualsiasi spirito di competizione. E’ nell’interesse dei proprietari dei veicoli partecipanti stipulare un’assicurazione di
responsabilità civile nei confronti di terzi.
I veicoli circolanti dovranno essere muniti di carta grigia, di
un certificato di collaudo tecnico in vigore e di un’attestazione di assicurazione.
I partecipanti sollevano gli organizzatori da qualsiasi responsabilità derivante dall’utilizzo del loro veicolo per danni corporali
o materiali causati a terzi o a se stessi in qualsiasi condizione.
