What does the Retailer Receive?
Each Retailer will receive a Partners Card box during the
first weekend in October. Their box will contain all of
their materials and the information they will need for the
program based on whether they are selling cards or not.
Items listed below in blue are only given to Card Selling
Retailers.
z1 Partners Card Poster: should be displayed in the
front window so that customer know they are a
participating retailer. The poster will be in the materials box
in a tube for protection.
z40 Trifold Brochures: we would like for the stores to
give one to every customer. The brochure just explains the
program and which retailers are participating.
zA Plastic Brochure holder: all brochures can be placed
in here and placed next to the register.
zPartners Card Folder: contains all the information the
retailer will need for the program.
zPartners Card Directories: this is the thicker glossy
booklet with the card on the back cover to be punched out.
zWindow Cling: “Buy Your Partners Card Here”
zLarge White Envelope: This is where the store will
keep up with all payments they receive and will place
everything in to be returned to CTL via the courier.
Tips on Dealing with Retailers:
Tip #1 Try to stop by when the store will be less busy;
like a mid-week morning.
Tip #2 Ask for the manager or the person listed on
their Participating Retailer contract. This person will be
the most knowledgeable about Partners Card.
Tip #3 If the contact person isn't in, ask when they will
be in and see if you can set up a meeting with him or
her.
Tip #4 If the retailer isn’t busy when you drop by, ask
them to pull their box out and go over the contents
with them.
Tip #5 Always thank them for their participation in
Partners Card without their support, Partners Card
would not be a success!
