私は、上智大学交換留学生として学内選考に合格した上は、途中辞退することなく、留学に係る諸手続きは
自身で責任を持って行うことを誓約いたします。また、交換留学学内選考内容、合否結果等についての問い
合わせや特別な配慮を求めるようなことはいたしません。
If I am selected as an Exchange Student for the Sophia Exchange Program, I will not withdraw from the
program, and I will take personal responsibilities for all procedures for the exchange program. In addition, I
promise not to inquiry about process and results of internal selection for the Sophia Exchange Program nor
will I ever ask for special arrangements for exchange study abroad program.

は、途中辞退させることなく､これにかかる費用及び本人の一身上に関する一切の責任を私が引き受けます
ことを誓約いたします。また、交換留学学内選考内容、合否結果等についての問い合わせや特別な配慮を求
めるようなことはいたしません。
I, as Guarantor of the above student, approve his/her application for the Sophia Exchange Program. If the
student is selected for the program, I will not allow him/her to withdraw from Sophia Exchange Program and
will take all responsibilities for him/her including any costs incurred
during his/her stay at the host university.
In addition, I promise not to inquiry about process and results of internal selection for the Sophia Exchange
Program nor will I ever ask for special arrangements for exchange study abroad program.
