ヒートポンプ蓄熱センター
ヒートポンプ技術は，わが国では，省エネルギーを実現できる機器として引
き続き最重要システムの一つとなっている．もちろんこの技術は，まだ十分に
は普及していないアジア諸国においてもその普及促進を積極的に図るべきで
あることはいうまでもない．
ただし，例えばヒートポンプを空調で利用する場合には，東南アジア諸国で
は，太陽熱をはじめとした再生可能エネルギーが利用しやすいことや，除湿空
調が中心となることから，その最適な活用方法を明確化することが求められ
る．また，地球温暖化係数(GWP)が高い冷媒から低 GWP 冷媒への早急な転
換が必要であり，それぞれの国もその対応が求められているところである．
そこで，東南アジアの中でもインドネシア，マレーシア，フィリピン，ベト
ナム，タイから今回は大学教員を中心に各国の専門家を招聘して，これらの
国々におけるヒートポンプのマーケット状況，最新の研究の状況をご講演い
ただき，これらをもとに今後，アジアのこれらの国々との連携を深め，どのよ
うにヒートポンプ，低 GWP 冷媒の普及促進に取り組むべきか議論する．
