Please note

If you have received an invitation for the admission test please bring this filled out request for admission
with you the day of the admission test and submit it.
•
The form needs to be filled out in block letters, please also check the appropriate boxes.
According to the ‚Landeshochschulgesetz (LHG)‘ you are obliged to provide all neccessary data truthfully.
•
Do not submit original certificates but legally attested copies.
•
A request for admission can only be only be granted for the field of study for which the admission test
has been successfully passed.
•
The request for admission will only be processed further if all neccessary documents have been completed and provided in due time (deadline: January 15th for summer semester, July 15th for winter semester - but if you also need a visa for Germany please make sure that your request and all documents
arrive here several weeks before these dates).
There is no duty of disclosure, but this form is neccessary for admission at Pforzheim University, School of Design. The data
