Das neu entwickelte GTV EasyFill System
dient der staubfreien Entleerung von
Spritzpulver in den Topf des GTV
Pulverförderers.
The newly developed GTV EasyFill system is
used for dust-free emptying of spray powder
into the powder hopper of the GTV powder
feeder.
Das Einfüllen des Pulvers erfolgt in drei
einfachen und schnellen Schritten:
The filling of the powder is carried out in three
quick and easy steps:
einschrauben
screwing
aufsetzen
fitting
staubfrei entleeren
dust-free emptying
Schritt 1:
Die geschlossene Einfüllhilfe EasyFill auf die
geöffnete Pulverdose aufschrauben.
Step 1:
Screw the closed filling aid EasyFill on the
open powder bottle.
Schritt 2:
Die Pulverdose mit der aufgeschraubten
Einfüllhilfe auf den Pulvertopf aufsetzen.
Step 2:
Fit the powder bottle with the screwed filling
aid on the powder hopper.
Schritt 3:
Den Schraubmechanismus öffnen. Das
Pulver entleert sich nun staubfrei in den
Pulvertopf.
Step 3:
Open the screwing mechanism. The powder
is now emptied dust-free into the powder
hopper.
Die Einfüllhilfe ist in der Standardversion auf
die normalen GTV 5 kg Pulverdosen
angepasst.
In the standard version, the filling aid is
adapted to the standard GTV 5 kg powder
bottles.
Einfüllhilfen für andere Pulverdosen bzw.
Gewindegrößen sind auf Anfrage ebenfalls
erhältlich.
Filling aids for other powder bottles and
thread sizes are available on request as well.
