staffe dalle dimensioni di 800 X 700 H tot. 600 (
300 + 300 ) mm.
Il sistema di approvvigionamento sabbie e
la movimentazione automatica, garantiscono
produzioni medie di centoventi staffe l’ora, con
lotti minimi di venticinque staffe.
La gamma dei getti prodotti va da pesi compresi
da un chilo fino a centocinquanta chili.
The Department of green sand molding is
designed to bracket the size of 800 X 700 H
tot. 600 (300 + 300) mm. The sand supply
system and the automatic handling, guarantee
production averages one hundred and twenty
hours the brackets, with minimum lots of twentyfive brackets. The range of products ranging
from jet-pound weights including up to three

The department is the heart of hand shaping for
the production of jets of exceptional size
The specialized personnel performs the forming
operation by hand using more continuous mixers
of the reach of 20 and 60 tonnes per hour. The
steel brackets have sizes ranging from 1,300 x
1,300 mm to 9,000 mm x 12,000. their natural
locations are seven graves with depths ranging

tonnellate l’ora.

tecnologica ed a strutture che garantiscano la
massima sicurezza negli ambienti lavorativi,
utilizza un sistema di movimentazione per le
siviere più piccole completamente automatico.
Un possente robot su rotaie, lavora sulla linea
forni eseguendo e completando alla perfezione
i cicli di preparazione alla colata e gestendo
la preparazione delle diverse leghe attraverso
un sistema compiuterizzato. Il reparto forni
alimenta anche il reparto linea formatura a motte
ed a mano: siviere dall’eccezionale capacità di
raccolta vengono utilizzate per la produzione di
getti di grandi dimensioni.

dimensioni.
Per getti di dimensioni e pesi fino a 100
tonnellate, è dedicato un reparto apposito
costituito da un distaffatore con una portata di
centoventi tonnellate.
Un reparto dotato di una sabbiatrice automatica,
lavora a ciclo continuo per la pulizia di getti di
medie dimensioni.
Infine, il moderno impianto di verniciatura, due
stazioni di sbavatura automatica ed una serie
di cabine per sbavatura manuale, completano
il ciclo di preparazione alla finitura di getti di
piccole dimensioni.
