Sehr geehrter Aussteller, sehr geehrter Messebauer,
Dear Exhibitor or Stand Builder,
es besteht die Möglichkeit, den regulären Aufbaubeginn
kostenpflichtig vorzuziehen. Voraussetzungen dafür sind:
- rechtzeitige Einreichung des Formulars „Antrag
auf vorgezogene Aufbauzeit (mind. 4 Wochen vor
dem gewünschten Aufbautermin) (Antrag siehe
Seite 2)
Set-up prior to the official set-up period is possible
against payment of a fee. Please note that permission
for early set-up can only be granted based on the
following:
-
vorherige Erteilung der Standbaugenehmigung
durch den VDA / Deutsche Messe AG
-
fristgerechte Bestellung der gewünschten
kostenpflichtigen technischen Grundinstallation im
OBS (Elektro, Wasser, Abhängepunkte,
Telekommunikation) www.obs.messe.de
-
bemaßte Positionspläne der technischen
Anschlüsse www.obs.messe.de
Die Kosten für den vorgezogenen Aufbau betragen pro
Aussteller pauschal € 850,00 netto pro Tag/ pro Halle. Sie
werden dem Antragsteller von der Deutschen Messe in
Rechnung gestellt.
In der Zeit des vorgezogenen Aufbaus sind folgende
Services und Dienstleistungen gewährleistet:

Arbeitszeit innerhalb der Halle: 24 Stunden
Erreichbarkeit eines Halleninspektors während
der o.g. Arbeitszeit
Öffnung der Hallen inkl. bedarfsgerechtem Öffnen
und Schließen der Hallentore
Öffnung einer Toilettenanlage pro Halle
Notwendige Aufbaubeleuchtung innerhalb der
Hallen
Bereitstellung der bestellten kostenpflichtigen
technischen Grundinstallation (Terminabsprachen
mit unseren Servicepartnern)

favorite start date of set-up
prior approval of stand construction by VDA
association / Deutsche Messe.

utilities and technical installations (power,
water, suspension points, telecommunications)

hook-up points for the required technical

The fee for early set-up is € 850.00 per day, per hall
(plus VAT), and will be invoiced to the requested party.
If permission is granted, following services will be
provided:
- round-the-clock (24-hour) working hours
- availability of a hall supervisor at all times
- hall access on a continuous basis, including
opening and closing of the hall doors as
required
- an open WC (restroom) in each hall
- lighting as necessary for set-up
- provision of all requested/ordered technical
services, on the day(s) and at the time(s)
agreed in advance with contractors
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Abbau des Messestandes bis
zum 4. Oktober 2016 beendet sein muss. Eine
Verlängerung ist nicht möglich.
Please note that dismantling work must be finished by
4 October at the latest. No extensions or exceptions
will be possible.
