Montare le staffe in dotazione sull’alloggiamento dell’Apollo (v. figura).
Posizionare orizzontalmente l’Apollo nel rack da 19".
Inserire le viti di montaggio corrette nelle staffe e nei fori filettati senza serrarle troppo.
Una volta inserite le viti, serrarle sulle staffe mantenendo orizzontale l’Apollo.
Collegare l’alimentatore a 48V al connettore a vite verde a 3 vie sul pannello
frontale dell’Apollo.
Una volta collegato l’alimentatore a 48V all’Apollo, si attiveranno le spie
LED dei 12V e 24V.

Attenzione – Il collegamento di periferiche all’Apollo deve essere eseguito con cautela. Quasi
tutte le porte dell’Apollo sono a 12V e 24V. Se non sono correttamente collegate all’Apollo,
le periferiche possono subire danni irreparabili. Leggere anche le etichette sul cablaggio e
disporre i cavi secondo il loro colore nella sezione corretta. Sulle etichette è indicato su quale
porta collegare il cavo. Consultare il manuale di installazione per informazioni sulla piedinatura delle porte.

Fixer les supports de montage sur le logement d’Apollo (voir illustration ci-dessous).
Placer l’unité Apollo à l’horizontale dans le rack de 19”.
Insérer les vis de montage dans les orifices filetés réservés sur les supports et
visser légèrement, sans trop serrer.
Lorsque toutes les vis sont insérées, bien les serrer sur les supports en maintenant Apollo en position horizontale.
Raccorder le 48VDC à la vis verte à 3 voies, sur la face avant de l’Apollo.
Lorsque le 48VDC est mis en place et connecté à l’Apollo, les voyants 12V et 24V
sont activés.

Attention – Procéder avec précaution au
raccordement des périphériques. Presque
tous les ports d’Apollo se caractérisent
par des prises de 12V et 24V. Le raccordement inadéquat des périphériques à
Apollo risquerait de les endommager de
manière irréparable. Lire attentivement les
étiquettes placées sur les câbles et veiller
à faire correspondre la couleur des câbles
à celle des sections. L’étiquette indique le
port qui doit accueillir le câble. Consulter le
manuel d’installation pour obtenir l’information sur le brochage des ports.

Rozpoczęcie instalacji

Zamocować dostarczone uchwyty montażowe do obudowy sterownika Apollo
(jak na rysunku poniżej).
Umieścić urządzenie Apollo poziomo w szafie Rack 19”.
Umieścić odpowiednie śruby montażowe w uchwytach oraz w otworach gwintowanych.
Gdy śruby zostaną włożone, dokręcić śruby w uchwytach oraz utrzymać sterownik Apollo w położeniu poziomym.
Podłączyć zasilanie 48 V DC do zielonego, łącza śrubowego z przodu urządzenia Apollo.
Gdy zasilanie będzie już włączone i podłączone do urządzenia Apollo, wtedy dioda
LED 12V oraz 24V będzie aktywna.

Monteer de meegeleverde beugels aan de behuizing van de Apollo
(zie afbeelding hieronder).
Houd de Apollo in een horizontale positie in het 19"-rek.
Steek de juiste bevestigingsschroeven door de beugels in de gaten met het schroef-
draad, draai de schroeven niet te vast.
Als de schroeven op hun plaats zitten, draai dan de schroeven van de beugels vast en houd de Apollo horizontaal.
Sluit de 48 VDC aan op de groene drievoudige schroefaansluiting op de voorzijde
van de Apollo.
Als de 48 VDC aanwezig en aangesloten is op de Apollo, zullen de 12 V en 24 V LED lampjes gaan branden.
Installatie van randapparatuur
Let op - Aansluiten van randapparatuur op de Apollo moet zeer zorgvuldig gebeuren. Vrijwel
alle poorten van de Apollo beschikken over 12 V en 24 V contacten. Als de randapparatuur
niet op een correcte wijze op de Apollo wordt aangesloten, kan dit onherstelbare schade
aan deze apparatuur veroorzaken. Lees ook de labels op de bedrading zorgvuldig en pas de
kleuren van de kabels aan op het juiste onderdeel. Op de labels is aangegeven op welke
poort de kabel moet worden ingeplugd. Raadpleeg de installatiehandleiding voor de exacte
informatie over de poorten.

Mount the supplied brackets to the Apollo housing (see picture below).
Position the Apollo horizontal into the 19” rack.
Insert the correct mounting screws through the brackets and into the threaded holes but do not over tighten the screws.
When the screws are inserted, tighten the screws on the brackets and keep
the Apollo horizontal.
Connected the 48VDC to the green 3-way screw connector at the front of the Apollo.
When the 48VDC is present and connected to the Apollo, the 12V and 24V indicator LEDs will become active.

Installation Peripherals
Caution – Connecting peripherals to the Apollo should be performed carefully. Almost all
ports of the Apollo feature 12V and 24V sockets. When not connecting peripherals on a appropriate way to the Apollo, it can cause irreparable damage to the peripherals. Read also the
labels on the wiring and adjust the colors of the cables to the correct section. On the labels is
shown what port the cable must be plugged into. Please consult the installation manual to
get the pin-out information of the ports.

Befestigen Sie die Befestigungswinkel am Gehäuse des Apollo (siehe Abbildung unten).
Schieben Sie das Apollo waagerecht in ein 19"-Rack ein.
Drehen Sie die vorgesehenen Befestigungsschrauben durch die Langlöcher der
Befestigungswinkel in die Ge-windebohrungen und ziehen Sie sie nicht fest an.
Anschließend justieren Sie das Gehäuse waagerecht und ziehen die Schrauben fest an.
Schließen Sie den 48 VDC Anschluss mit dem 3-poligen Schraubverbinder an der
Vorderseite des Apollo an.
Wenn die 48 VDC Stromversorgung eingeschaltet und an den Apollo angeschlossen ist, leuchten die LED-Kontrollleuchten 12 V und 24V.
Installation von Peripheriegräten
Achtung! – Der Anschluss von Peripheriegräten an das Apollo muss sorgfältig erfolgen.
Fast alle Ports des Apollo besitzen 12 V und 24 V Anschlüsse. Wenn ein Peripheriegerät
nicht sachgemäß an das Apollo angeschlossen wird, kann dieses irreparabel beschädigt
werden. Beachten Sie auch die Labels auf den Kabeln und ordnen Sie die Farben der Kabel
den richtigen Sektionen zu. Auf den La-beln ist angezeigt, an welchen Port das jeweilige
Kabel angeschlossen werden muss. Für die Pin-Anordnung der Ports schlagen Sie bitte im
Handbuch nach.
