Sehr geehrter Aussteller, Fotoapparate in Mobiltelefonen und kleine Handkameras, machen es den Besuchern immer einfacher Exponate und Stände zu fotografieren. Allerdings sind Produktionen für TV, Video und Neue Medien sowie generell das Fotografieren nur zulässig, wenn der betreffende Aussteller vorab ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat. Dabei kommt es nicht darauf an, ob das Filmen oder Fotografieren zu privaten oder gewerblichen Zwecken erfolgt. Als Aussteller haben Sie selbstverständlich das Recht, das Filmen und Fotografieren Ihrer Standaufbauten, Präsentationen und insbesondere der Exponate auf Ihrer Standfläche zu untersagen. Von Ihnen nicht gewünschte Fotografen können Sie von Ihrer Standfläche verweisen. In den Halleninspektionen erhalten Sie bei Bedarf kleine Aufkleber mit einem Piktogramm „Fotografieren verboten“, die Sie an Ihre Exponate oder Exponatbeschriftungen anbringen können. However, this is not allowed on the exhibition grounds unless the interested party has first asked the exhibitor for permission to do so, and the exhibitor has explicitly granted such permission. This applies in all cases, no matter whether the pictures/videos are purportedly intended for personal use or for commercial purposes. You naturally have the right to prohibit filming and photography at your stand, be it of the stand structure, itself, or any of the displays or exhibits being featured there. You also have the right to ask offending persons to leave your stand. If you wish to communicate a photo ban at your stand, your Hall Supervisor can provide you with stickers displaying a “no photography” pictogram.
