VERHALTENS-KODEX
PRÄAMBEL
Der Verhaltenskodex appelliert an den professionellen und respektvollen Umgang mit der Umwelt und
den Menschen.
Drohnisten halten sich stets an die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und Ausführungen
Als Drohnist fliege ich nicht ohne Bewilligung:
● über Menschenmengen,
● ausserhalb der Sichtweite der Drohne und der ihr umgebenden Luftraum (500m),
● näher als 5km zu Flugplätzen und Helipads,
● höher als 150m ab Boden in kontrollierten Lufträumen
● keine Abwürfe von Material oder Flüssigkeiten
Drohnisten sind professionell
Als Drohnist:
● schreibe ich alle meine Flüge auf,
● notiere ich alle Zwischenfälle,
● stelle ich die Daten summarisch dem Verband zur Verfügung,
● trage ich auffällige Kleidung und gebe mich zu erkennen,
● sperre ich den Start- und Landepunkt situationsgerecht ab,
● lizenziere ich mich als SVZD-Pilot und registriere meine Drohnen.
Drohnisten fliegen sicher
Als Drohnist fliege ich sicher weil:
● meine Flüge gut geplant und organisiert sind,
● meine Drohne und Bodenstation sorgfältig gewartet sind,
● mein Wissen und Können stets den Anforderungen der Operation genügt,
● meine Drohne und die Bodenstation über genügend Energie verfügen,
● meine Abläufe und Checklisten vollständig abgearbeitet werden.
Drohnisten sind achtsam
Als Drohnist achte ich:
● auf andere Luftraumteilnehmer und weiche rechtzeitig aus,
● auf Quellen für Interferenzen (Starkstromleitungen, Mobilfunkantennen, Bahnlinien,
Richtfunkanlagen, TAFLIR, etc.),
● auf permanente und temporäre Flugverbotszonen (SVZD-MAP und DABS),
● auf das Wetter, auch auf das solare Wetter,
● auf das Umfeld, dass spontan Interesse annehmen und temporäre Menschenmengen bilden
kann,
● auf Dritte, die weder gefilmt noch sonst wie gestört werden wollen, insbesondere in privaten
Arealen,
● auf Tiere und die Umwelt, die ebenfalls weder gestört, irritiert oder belastet werden wollen.

CODE D’HONNEUR
PRÉAMBULE
Le code d’honneur est un code de comportement et fait appel à la gestion professionnelle et
respectueuse de l’environnement et des personnes.
Les dronistes respectent toujours les règles et modèles légaux.
Comme droniste, je ne vole pas sans autorisation:
● au-dessus des foules,
● en dehors de la visibilité du drone et de son espace aérien environnant (500m),
● à moins de cinq kilomètres des aérodromes et héliports,
● plus haut que 150m du sol dans les espaces aériens contrôlés.
Les dronistes sont professionnels
Comme droniste:
● je note tous mes vols,
● je note tous les incidents,
● je mets sommairement les données à disposition de la Fédération,
● je porte un gilet de sécurité de couleur vive,
● je balise les points de décollage et d’atterrissage en onction de la situation,
● j'obtiens une licence de pilote et j'immatricule mes drones
Les dronistes volent en sécurité
Comme droniste je vole en sécurité car:
● mes vols sont bien planifiés et organisés,
● mon drone et ma station au sol sont bien entretenus,
● mes connaissances et compétences suffisent pour les exigences de l’opération,
● mon drone et ma station au sol disposent toujours de suffisamment d’énergie,
● mes procédures et listes de contrôle sont complètement traitées.
Les dronistes sont attentifs
Comme droniste je fais attention:
● aux autres utilisateurs de l’espace aérien et je dévie à temps,
● aux sources d’interférences (lignes à haute tension, antennes de téléphonie mobile,
● lignes de chemin de fer, équipements de relais de communication, TAFLIR, etc.),
● aux zones permanentes ou temporaires d’interdiction de vol (carte FSDC et DABS),
● à la météo et à la météo solaire,
● à l’environnement, qui crée spontanément de l’intérêt et peut former une foule,
● aux tiers, qui ne désirent pas être filmés ni dérangés, spécialement dans des zones privées,
● à l’environnement et aux animaux qui ne doivent pas être dérangés, irrités ou stressés.

Code of Conduct
Preamble
The Code of Conduct is a code of ethics and appeals to professional and respectful treatment of the
environment and humans.
Dronists always adhere to the statutory provisions and designs
As a dronist, I don't fly without authorization:
 above crowds,
 out of sight of the drone and the her surrounding airspace (500m)
 closer than 5km to airfields and helipads,
 higher than 150m above ground in controlled airspace
 no release or drain of objects or fluids
Dronists are professional
As a dronist:
 I log all my flights,
 I record all incidents,
 I present the data summarized to the federation,
 I'm wearing recognizable clothing
 I lock the takeoff and landing point as required,
 I get a pilot licence and register my drones.
Dronists fly safe
As a dronist, I fly safely because:
 my flights are well planned and organized,
 my drone and the ground station are carefully maintained,
 my knowledge and skills always meet the requirements of operation,
 my drone and the ground station have enough energy,
 my procedures and checklists are completely processed.
Dronists are attentive
As a dronist, I attend:
 to other airspace users and fly an evasion maneuver timely,
 to sources of interferences (power lines, mobile phone base stations, railway lines, radio relay
systems, etc.),
 on permanent and temporary no-fly zones (SFCD-MAP and DABS)
 on the weather as well as on the solar weather,
 on the environment, that spontaneously takes interest and form temporary crowds,
 to third parties who do not want to be filmed nor disturbed, especially in private areas,
 on animals and the environment, who should not be disturbed, irritated or stressed.
