Borgo Valentino 1789 è un’azienda situata nel cuore di queste

Who we are
Piedmont is a region rich in history, art, good food and truffles,
but, above all, it is a land of enchanting landscapes and ancient vineyards.
And it is among these precious vineyards (a Unesco World
Heritage) that the best wines in the world are produced.
Borgo Valentino in 1789 is a company based in the heart of
the hills, a few kilometers away from Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco... This company selects wines and the best vintages
with utmost care and passion and offers them to its customers

Giallo paglierino intenso,
fresco e fruttato, frutta esotica, note agrumate, richiami floreali di zagara ed
erbe estive. Al palato è
ricco ed elegante con una
struttura morbida e piacevole. Forti richiami di
frutta gialla con un finale lungo e persistente.
Rosso rubino intenso,
frutta rossa ancora croccante, marasca, mora ciliegia e rosa. Al palato
una raffinata nota speziata: pepe nero, chiodi
di garofano, vaniglia...
Palato ricco con una
buona acidità e una
struttura armonica
ed avvolgente.
Rosso granato con meravigliosi riflessi aranciati, dal
profumo intrigante di frutta
matura, ciliegie e more, prugna in confettura. Note floreali di viola e tabacco.
Sentori di vaniglia e spezie.
Al palato fine ed avvolgente con tannini eleganti ed equilibrati.

Rosso granato, profumo suadente tra note speziate e balsamiche, profumo di frutta
macerata e in confettura,

frutti al limite della maturazione. Note floreali di
sottobosco, rosa e viola

Colour: straw yellow, its fragrance is fresh
and fruity, exotic fruit, citrus notes, with
floral hints of orange blossom and summer herbs. Its taste is very rich and elegant with a soft and pleasant texture. It
has strong hints of yellow fruit with a long
finish.
It goes extremely well as an aperitif with
sushi, oysters and herb risotto.
Colour: deep ruby red, with a hnt of crispy
red fruit, morel, blackberry, cherry and
rose. Its taste has fine spicy highlights:
black pepper, cloves, vanilla...
it is robust and has a good acidity and a
harmonic and mouth-filling texture.
It goes well with San Daniele raw ham,
salted pork, stuffed pasta, roasts and
cheeses.
Colour: garnet red with wonderful orange highlights, appealing scent of ripe
fruit, cherries, blackberries, plum jam.
Floral hints of violet and tobacco. Hints
of vanilla and spices. Its taste is refined
and appealing with elegant and balanced tannins. It is a full-bodied wine
with a great longevity.
It goes well with braised beef, game and
aged cheeses.
Colour: garnet red, appealing scent of
balsamic spices, a fragrance of soaked
fruit and jam, blackberry, plum and
berries on the verge of ripening. Floral
hints of undergrowth, freshly picked rose
and violet.
Its taste is robust and appealing thanks
to its harmony and balance, it is pleasantly persistent.
It goes well with beef rib, jugged pheasant, eggs with truffles.
Farbe: strohgelb, sein Duft ist frisch und
fruchtig, er erinnert uns an exotische
Fruchte, Zitrusfrucht, Blute der Zitrusgewächse und Sommerkräuter. Sein Geschmack ist körperreich und elegant mit
einer weichenund angenehmen Struktur.
Er hat intensive Tonen von gelben
Fruchte mit langem und andauerndem
Endgeschmack.
Er ist der ideale Begleiter fur Aperitif,
Sushi, Austern und Kräuterrisotto.
Farbe: intensives Rubinrot, mit Noten von
roten knackigen Fruchten, Sauerkirschen,
Brombeeren, Kirschen und Rosne. Sein
Geschmack hat feine wurzige Noten von
schwarzer Pfeffer, Nelken, Vanille... Dieser
Wein ist körperreich mit guter Säure und
hat eine harmonische Struktur.
Er begleitet sich mit San Daniele roher
Schinken, gesalzene Schweinefleisch,
gefullte Teigwaren, Braten und Käse.
Farbe: granatrot mit wunderbaren orangefarbenen Farbtonen , faszinierenden
Duft von reifen Fruchten, Kirschen, Brombeeren, Pflaumenmarmelade. Blumennoten von Veilchen und Tabak. Noten von
Vanille und Gewurzen. Sein Geschmack
ist fein und vollmundig mit elegantem
und ausgewogenem Tannin. Dieser Wein
ist körperreich und langlebig.
Er begleitet sich mit Schmorbraten, Wildbret und gereiftem Käse.
Farbe: granatrot; dieser Wein hat einen
faszinierenden Duft mit wurzigen und
balsamischen Tönen von eingelegten
Fruchten und Marmelade, Brombeeren,
Pflaumen und Beeren am Rande der Reifenprozess.
Blumennoten von Unterholz, gepfluckter
Rosa und Flieder. Sein Geschmack ist
kräftig, harmonisch, ausgeglichen und
andauernd.
Er begleitet sich mit: Rumpsteak, Fasansalmi, Eier mit Truffeln.
Nebbiolo d’Alba
Dal più importante vitigno piemontese coltivato sulle impervie colline che dominano le Langhe, si ottiene
questo vino Nebbiolo.
Vinificato in purezza, da secoli è
testimone della più alta tradizione enologica.
Dal colore rosso rubino con riflessi granati e profumo intrigante di piccoli frutti rossi.
Una straordinaria sensazione
di freschezza e rotondità che
ben si armonizza con l’importante struttura del Nebbiolo.
Saprà sedurre il palato con la
sua spiccata morbidezza e i
suoi profumi inconfondibili.
Un vino, questo, che si farà
amare al primo sorso.
Moscato d’Asti Pathos Rosè
Giallo dorato quasi brillante, splendida aromaticità, “un acino d’uva nel
calice”. Pesca, frutto della
passione, note di salvia e
biancospino.
Dolcezza e freschezza
in costante equilibrio
fanno di questo nettare un compagno
perfetto per ogni dessert e pasticceria secca
in particolare.
Da un’attenta selezione dei migliori Nebbioli in purezza e una soffice e delicata
pressatura si ottiene questo
imperioso Brut Rosè. Veste
dal colore rosso pallido con
riflessi ramati che preludono ad un perlage finissimo e persistente.
Profumo suadente e floreale con note di piccoli
frutti rossi di sottobosco, petali di rosa e
gelso. Al palato seduce
con la sua fragranza e
un piacevole ritorno di
note fruttate impreziosite dalla vivace effervescenza.

Piedmont, which is grown on the steep Langhe hills.
It is produced from the purest Nebbiolo grapes and for
ages it has witnessed the highest wine-making tradition.
Colour: ruby red with garnet hues, appealing scent of
red berries.
Its important texture goes well with the extraordinary
sensation of freshness and rotundity it conveys.
Its taste is very appealing thanks to its marked softness
and its unique scents.
You will love this wine as you sip it the first time.
Colour: golden yellow almost shiny,
wonderful aroma, “a grape in the chalice.” Peach, Passion fruit , highlights of
sage and hawthorn. Sweetness and
freshness in constant balance make this
nectar a perfect companion for all
desserts and pastries in particular.
It goes well with hazelnut cake, cheesecake with berries, puff pastry.
This imperious wine is produced through a careful selection of the purest and softest Nebbiolo grapes and after a delicate pressing. Its
colour is pale red with copper hues with fine
and persistent perlage. It has a floral scent
with hints of red berries, wild strawberries,
rose petals and mulberry. Its taste is very appealing thanks to its fragrance and its lively
fruity aftertaste enhanced by a lively effervescence.
