概要
本稿では、5G 時代に向けたミッションと、多様化する移動体通信ネットワークに対する要件、その
実現に向けた機能拡張と技術課題について概観し、多種多様な要件に柔軟に対応し、新サービスを迅速
に提供するために、要件に応じて NW 能力を柔軟にコントロールする技術や、高周波数バンドの利用法
等、5G 時代のシステムコンセプトについて述べる。

5G ネットワーク コンセプト
Abstract
This paper addresses technological challenges and proposes the network concept in order to satisfy far more
diversified requirements for 5G and to build the flexible network in a prompt manner. Methodologies to utilize the
frequency bands higher than current frequency bands are also proposed in order to achieve more flexible and
efficient spectrum utilizations.
