At a table where people who mainly enjoy "Afternoon tea-time" gather, This new tableware (Knife
and cake-server) for gracefully cutting and dividing cakes, cheese, fruits and scones, etc. will
provide more elegant and pleasant life to those who enjoy a good quality and rich life.
1.By carefully molding and firing extremely high purity zirconia fine-ceramics through more elaborate cutting and polishing
processes, a pale shining blade in pure-white like a pearl is finished. By applying a delicate overglaze decoration forming the
keynote of a high purity gold to the white porcelain handle as well, a highly fashionable and special tableware knife is to be
completed.
2.In collaboration with Japanese excellent manufacture. who is proud of the metalwork technologies and the world's leading

Caution for using the knife for many years
- 末永く大切にご使用頂くために -
・There is a risk of breaking the handle made of white-porcelain, when receiving a shock. Beware of the fall of the knife and
contact with other tableware.
・白磁製のハンドルは、衝撃を受けると割れる恐れがありますので、落下や他の食器との接触にご注意ください。
・Don't cut and chop such hard foodstuff forcibly, or don't cut it while prying. It may cause nicks in a blade or to be damaged.
・硬い食材を無理に切ったり、叩いたり、こじったりしないでください。刃が欠けたり、折れたりする恐れがあります。
・Use a cutting board made of either wood or resin. A cutting board harder than that may cause nicks in a blade.
・まな板は木製、または樹脂製のものをご使用ください。それより硬いものを使用すると刃が欠けることがあります。
・Do not use the dishwasher and microwave oven, because the knife may be damaged.
・食器洗浄機やマイクロオーブンは使用しないでください。製品にダメージが生じます。
