I/We also authorize the child to ride as a passenger in privately owned vehicles of staff or parents of enrolled students of the above-named facility. Upbeat, its employees and parents are not liable for any damages arising out of reasonable performance of these duties. 全ての保護者はいかなる場合も当校およびその職員、またはボランティアで関わる他保護者に対し損害の過失責任を問うことはできません。 当校とその職員および保護者は学校運営中における正当な行為において生じた損害について法的な責任賠償を問われません。 なお、この契約にあたりやむを得ず訴訟を行う際は当校の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一裁判所とします。 お 子 様 の 写真 について ●Pictures o f Child I/We authorize the staff of UPBEAT International Preschool to photograph our child for the purposes of art projects, room display, and any media related activities such as television/radio station coverage of an event or Internet site such as Facebook or Shutterfly. 当校スタッフがお子様のお写真・画像を撮影することを許可します。また当校内での掲示およびインターネット/テレビ/ラジオなどの メディアもしくは当校のホームページへの画像掲載を許可します。 緊 急 時 の対応について ●In case of Emergency In case of emergency during the school hours, guardians and parents must come to pick up their child(ren) at the earliest convenience. When a Typhoon/Earthquake Alert was issued three hours prior to the school starting hours, UPBEAT should be closed down entire day.
