青森シャモロック特選地鶏 父親が横斑シャモ 母親が横斑プリマスロック この鶏を掛け合わせて誕生した鶏が 『青森シャモロック』です。 年間 3,000～5,000 羽ほど継続的に雛が 宮内庁、御料牧場へ出荷されており 晩餐会などで使われています。 肉質はキメが細かく締まっており 濃厚な味わいです。 当店では、各部位の旨味を引き出す為、 全て沖縄県の天然海塩と 和歌山県、紀州備長炭で焼き上げています。 鶏の肉質、炭の香りをご賞味ください。 ShamoRock Chicken Premium Quality Jidori from Aomori Prefecture ShamoRock chicken is a cross-breed of Shamo and Plymouth Rock chickens which resulted in the Aomori ShamoRock Chicken. 3000 to 5000 are produced for the Imperial farm and the Imperial Household Agency to be served at dinner banquettes. The meat has a very fine texture and rich taste. At Yoshichou, in order to bring out the pristine flavors of all parts of the chicken, we use natural sea salt from Okinawa and grill the meat over the highest quality charcoal from Wakayama Prefecture.
