Schwimmgreifer als Drehkran Typ SDK 2500
Floating Dredger as a Rotary Crane, Type SDK 2500
Konstruiert und eingesetzt für Abraumbeseitigung, wenn derselbe auch noch im Wasser steht
und zur Gewinnung des darunterstehenden Kieses. Beides, Abraum oder Kies wird direkt in
Schuten mit hydraulischer Bodenentleerung verladen. Mit Entwässerungsband oder -sieb kann
die Anlage auch Kies über schwimmende Bänder transportieren. Die Ausladung beträgt 10,5 m,
der Greiferinhalt 2,6 m3. Bei einer Tiefe von 10 m liegt die Leistung je nach Schwenkbereich
zwischen 120 und 135m3/h. Ein eigenes Diesel-Aggregat mit 250 KVA stellt die Energie zur
Verfügung. In den Pontons eingebaute Brennstofftanks von insgesamt 6000 l reichen für fast
einen Monat. Das über 40 t schwere schwenkbare Teil ist auf einem schweren Kugeldrehkranz
gelagert, eine moderne Lösung, die bis auf Abschmieren keinerlei Wartung verlangt und auch
keiner Abnutzung unterliegt. Stromzuführung und Steuerung über Schleifringkörper, so dass
sogar die elektrischen Verholwinden von der
Kabine aus betätigt werden können.
Constructed and used for removing excavation earth even when standing in the water and for
extraction of below standing grit. Either excavation earth or grit are being loaded with
hydraulic bottom discharge. With dewatering belt or screen the dredger can also transport grit
over a floating belt. The overhang is 10.5 m, the grab volume 2.6 m 3. At a depth of 10m the
power lies, depending on the swept volume, between 120 and 135 m 3/h. It’s own diesel
aggregate with 250 KVA delivers the power. Fuel tanks, with a capacity of 6000 l are
integrated in the pontoon and allow the plant to run for almost one month. The 40 t heavy
pivoting part is bedded on a heavy rotating assembly, a modern solution, that needs no other
service than greasing and does not underlie any abrasion. Power supply and drive run over slip
ring elements, so that electric winches can be controlled from the cabin.

Schwimmgreifer Typ S 5000
mit Seilgreifer, 7-fach geschert, Klapprutsche als Verbindungsglied zwischen Greifer und Grobrost. Ausgeführt
mit Entwässerungssieb 6 m x 2,1 m als Doppeldecker, hydraulischem Kipprost, Überkornabzugsband,
10 m3 Schute und 5 Schwimmbändern, Gurtbreite 800 mm, Achsabstand 26 m. Hohe Förderleistung, weil die
Verfahrzeiten der Winde entfallen und die Klapprutsche automatisch hochgefahren wird, sobald der Greifer
aus dem Wasser auftaucht.
Ist der Greifer oben in seiner Endstellung, ist auch die Rutsche oben. Nach dem Entleeren des Greifers wird
die Rutsche hydraulisch abgefahren und der Greifer fährt gleichzeitig nach unten.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass keine großen Massen verfahren werden und die Anlage auch bei Wind nicht
verschmutzt wird.

High flow rate, as the turning time of the winch is omitted and the flap slide runs up automatically when the
grabber emerges.
When the grabber is in it’s final position, the slide is also at the top. When the grabber is empty, the slide
lowers hydraulically just as the grabber does.
Another advantage is, that big masses are not being moved and that the dredger is not contaminated by the
wind.

Mit einer Aufbereitungsanlage speziell für die Abscheidung von bis zu
200 t/h Lehm- und Tonanteilen.
Die Anlage besteht aus:
- Überkornkipprost für Stückgrößen bis 1000 mm.
- Überkornabzugsband.
- Kombiniertes Wasch-, Klassier- und Entwässerungssieb
(Größe: 2,7 m x 7,0 m x 2 Decks). Absiebung bei 4 und 80 mm.
- Auswaschung der Lehm- und Tonanteile auf den Siebdecks.
- Feinsandrückgewinnung mittels Hydrozyklon

Schwimmgreifer mit Pumpe Typ S 2500 P
Eine Konstruktion, die bei bestimmten Voraussetzungen sehr rationell einsetzbar ist. Zum Beispiel wenn die Abbaumächtigkeit der
Kiesschicht nur gering ist und sich somit schnell die Entfernung vergrößert. Oder wenn ein schon vorhandener See nachgebaggert werden
soll. Die hier verwendeten schwimmenden Rohre, statt Bänder, kosten, wenn Montage und Fracht berücksichtigt werden, nur 1⁄5 des
Bandpreises. Gegenüber dem reinen Saugbagger hat diese Kombination den Vorteil, dass bei großem Anfall größerer Steine, diese durch
den eingebauten hydraulischen Kipprost störungsfreier auszuscheiden sind, so dass die Pumpe nur pumpfähiges Material zu transportieren
braucht. Hohe Leistung, bei günstigem Wirkungsgrad, längere Standzeiten des Kreisels und Gehäuse, sind weitere Vorteile. Die Pumpe ist
tief eingebaut, Wasser läuft ihr zu, der Kies wird über hydraulischen Schieber gleichmäßig zugegeben. Die Anlage wird
hochspannungsmäßig versorgt und hat einen Aktionsradius bis zu 350 m. Sie arbeitet vorzugsweise kombiniert mit dem an Land
stehenden Entwässerungsschöpfrad.
