Applicability

containing a large proportion of non-textile materals which cannot be tested or certified under
the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. The prerequisite
is generally that there are significant textile components in the finished product. Some exceptions, e.g. for shower curtains, are possible. In
principle, however, it is up to the institute to refuse a certification request.

have been presened does not constitute part of
the Oeko-Tex® certification and testing process

4.14 個人用保護具（PPE）

り多く 3.0%より少ない量含む場合、多くの国々

If the PPE consists of fibres which are spun with
the help of N-Methylpyrolidon (NMP), then a residue of this solvent in the PPE of up to 3.0 % is
allowed. When the content of NMP is higher
than 0.1 % but lower than 3.0 % then this fact
will be mentioned on the certificate to support legal communication duty in many countries.
