The 2014 PPE is for repeat candidates only, however, there are a few exceptions which will be highlighted in this memorandum. The following candidates are eligible to write the 2014 PPE: All repeat candidate with a valid APT certificate, Repeat candidates who may have an expired APT certificate, on the condition that they complete the Joint Venture Board Course (JVBC); and Any first time candidates who may have completed an APT certificate in 2013.
