Bom-i, who has had a terminal illness is given a new
lease on life after receiving a heart transplant. By utter

Yang Shin-young
Head of business development at Haegil Hospital. She fell in love
with Dong-wook and moved in with him during his grieving time over
the death of his sister-in-law. A malicious rumor about Ji-won started
spreading at work and this drove a wedge between them and led to their
breakup. With help from Chairman Song, a big investor in the hospital,
she studied abroad on a scholarship. Upon returning from her studies,
she wanted to patch things up with Dong-wook but he was already in a
relationship with Bom-i. Taking orders from Chairman Song, she becomes
adversaries with Myung-hee, the chairwoman of the hospital board, who
wants to keep the hospital a non-profit organization. Despite Ji-won's
intentions, she gives good advice to Dong-wook, who is being groomed to
be the next hospital director.
Kam Woo-sung
He was born poor but worked hard to become a tycoon in the livestock industry. He
lost his wife early in their marriage and blamed himself for her death with many regrets.
One day, he encounters Bom-i on the beach, and finds himself opening up to her. Although
he is aware that Bom-i is his brother's girlfriend, he can't get her out of his mind.

ヘギル病院の経営企画室長。兄嫁を亡くし仕事一途だったドンウクと恋に落
ち、同棲にまで至った。噂と誤解によって別れた後、病院の投資家であるソン会長
の援助で留学に発った。帰国後、ドンウクとの関係修復を望んだが、すでに彼の横
にはボミがいた。ソン会長の指示により、ヘギル病院を守ろうとする理事長ミョン
ヒと対立しながらも、病院の後継者であるドンウクに手を貸し、助言する。
Choi Soo-young (SNSD)
A clinical nutritionist at Haegil Hospital. Though her dad is the director of the
hospital, she will go through the trouble of waking up early to hit the fish and fresh food
markets before the break of dawn to find good produce to fulfill her duties as a nutritionist.
After receiving a heart transplant, she feels that it’s her obligation to live a meaningful life.
She is engaged to her heart surgeon, Dong-wook but delays the wedding because of work.
By coincidence, she meets Dong-ha, who is the husband of her heart donor and also her
boyfriend’s brother, and falls in love with him.
李春天 I 崔秀英饰
海吉医院的营养师。爸爸是医院的院长，妈妈是董事长，但她坚持去早市购买质优价廉的商
品，非常敬业。在移植心脏后，她决心付出比以前多两三倍的努力生活下去。她与主治医东旭许下终
身，但因为工作不得不推迟婚事。她偶然遇到心脏捐赠者的丈夫东河，明知他是东旭的哥哥，却对他
产生了爱意。
Lee Joon-hyuk
The youngest heart surgeon in the nation who is strongly supported
by Bom-i's parents who are the hospital directors. The first woman he ever
loved married his brother but she died in an accident and her heart was
donated to Bom-i. After the heart transplant, he decided to take care of Bom-i
for the rest of his life, but he senses that Bom-i has feelings for his brother
and fears that he will lose his love to his brother for the second time.

韩国最年轻的心脏专科医生，深受身为春天父母的医院院长和董事长的信
赖。他的初恋情人成为他的嫂子，后来因事故将心脏移植给春天，于是他决心一辈
子保护春天。但他发觉春天看哥哥的眼神不同寻常，担心再次被哥哥夺去心上人。

ヘギル病院の臨床栄養師。病院長の父、理事長の母を持つが、安くて良い品物を求めて朝市
を回るほど職業意識が高い。心臓の移植手術を受けて以来、人の2~3倍真剣に生きなければという
強迫と責任感を持つ。担当医であるドンウクと結婚の約束をしたが、仕事を理由に先送りする。偶
然なきっかけで心臓提供者の夫であるドンハと出会い、ドンウクの実兄と知りながらも、次第に彼
を愛するようになる。

韓国で最年少の心臓専門医。ボミの両親であるヘギル病院の病院長と理事
長から絶大な信頼を得ている。初恋の相手だった女性が兄の妻となり、事故によ
り彼女の心臓がボミに移植されてから、ボミを生涯守ろうと決心する。ところ
が、兄に対するボミの視線も尋常でないことを感じる。愛する人を再び兄に奪わ
れるのではないかと恐れる。
