【学生へのメッセージ】(A Message to the Students) This class is to prepare you for your future job. In Japan, offices and
factories are becoming increasingly internationalized as more people immigrate to Japan. Many Japanese now work abroad,
often in South-East Asia. Whether you enter the workforce or continue your studies, you will need to communicate in English.
This is why young Japanese with a high TOEIC score can earn more money and enjoy more job security than those with
poorer English skills. Please be punctual, bring your textbook to every class, review the lessons, and listen to the Class CD. If
you can be positive, active learners, you can earn the course credit, (which you may need toward graduation).
