目的：

授業内容：
Background: Japan is increasingly becoming part of the Global
community. In this course, students will discover, learn and discuss
different ethnic backgrounds and cultures around the world.

Approach: This is a two-part course, independent of each other
Part 1: Winter (ex. The Americas, Northern Europe, South Africa)
Part 2: Spring (ex. The Bahamas, Western Europe, Asia )
The base textbook will be The World of English, Volumes 1 and 2
(Seibido Publishing). This textbook offers first a documentary about
a country followed by DVD interviews with real-life people living
within a country-state-city. The course will highlight significant
persons of a country with video clips and supplemental news
articles.
