THE COMPANY
Le Barbatelle Sp.z o.o. is the first company in Poland promoting wines, flavors and
sensation from the land of Prosecco, a region located North East Italy, with its
beautiful hills embraced by the Dolomites and overlooking Venice.
Miro Pianca, the owner, is an Italian from Conegliano, the Capital of Prosecco and
Spumanti.
In 1875 his great-gran father founded the first Italian oenologic school, which is still
active and where the Prosecco method (known as Charmat) was developed, and also
founded the first company to produce Sparkling Prosecco.
The “Barbatelle” are the roots, the seeds of grapes that will only bear fruit if nurtured
with care, dedication and respect of traditions.
Le Barbatelle moved to Poland in 2013 trough strong and exclusive relationship with
the local vineries. The Christmas offer includes different gift solutions of quality Italian
wines food and packages.
