uffici. Subito qualificata per l’essersi posta nei confronti della clientela
non come arredatrice ma come esperta nei temi che legano le pareti
mobili alla struttura edilizia. La sua produzione è in grado di offrire
prodotti diversificati che spaziano dai sistemi tradizionali pannellati a
quelli in cristallo monolitico o a doppia lastra, con porte riconosciute per
la pulizia formale, l’eccellente qualità acustica e sistemi di chiusura

Sistema di pareti mobili con spessore finito pari a 102 mm.
Composti da due pannelli ciechi di truciolare spessore mm 18, a
richiesta, ignifughi Classe 1.
La finitura può essere: in lamina melaminica, in legno naturale, in
verniciato. Zoccolino e profili superiori di finitura sono in profilato lega
leggera. Esteticamente le pareti si presentano a superficie continua con
pannelli accostati a filo senza formazione di scuretti in corrispondenza
della giunzione dei moduli.

Pareti attrezzate ad ottimo potere fonoisolante. Suddividono gli spazi
modularmente con diverse combinazioni di altezza, larghezza e
profondità. Realizzati in pannelli di truciolare sono assemblati a
formazione di contenitori armadio livellabili su piedi di appoggio, chiusi
o aperti. La parete MEC 472 è progettata per essere reciprocamente
complementare alla parete MEC 102. Le superfici dei pannelli di serie
sono in lamina melaminica, a richiesta, potranno avere negli elementi a
vista (schienali ed ante) differente finitura: in legno essenza naturale, in
laccatura, in panno.

characterized by the presence of monolithic glasses with stratified
volume, able to guarantee, thanks to their weight and to their mass, an

L’assenza di diaframmi tra le lastre offre l’eventuale possibilità di utilizzare l’intercapedine per alloggiare elementi decorativi e comunicativi. Le
pareti divisorie hanno doppi vetri complanari alle superfici esterne della
struttura portante metallica. La camera d’aria tra le due superfici della
parete( circa 12 mm ) migliora notevolmente l’abbattimento acustico.
Le porte che completano il sistema potranno aprirsi con movimento su
cerniere a bilico verticale o a scorrimento. I battenti possono essere
forniti o ciechi o vetrati o con finiture a scelta.
Double glazed partition system compact in just 40 mm thickness. The
absence of diaphragms between the plates provides an eventual
possibility of using the cavity for housing decorative and communicative
elements. The partition walls have double glass, co-planar to the
external surfaces of the load bearing metal structure. The air chamber
between the 2 surfaces of the wall, 12 mm thick, improves considerably
the noise reduction.

sistemi rettilinei. Con un raggio di curvatura minimo di 900 millimetri
permette di affrontare qualsiasi tematica progettuale in sicurezza e
libertà compositiva. Roundwall permette di modificare il layout degli
spazi passando dalla tradizionale rigidità ortogonale a linee più
morbide, flessuose e all’occorrenza colorate. Le porte vengo costruite
con uniformità di raggiatura al fine di non interrompere l’omogeneità
formale richiesta.

Innovativo sistema di partizione a tre vie che garantisce la massima
flessibilità di impiego perché può ospitare indifferentemente un singola
lastra centrale ( di diversi spessori ) oppure due o tre volumi vetrati.
In alternativa può essere posto in una delle tre corsie un pannello opaco
così come in posizione centrale un sistema motorizzato di tende alla
veneziana. Il sistema si completa di due tipi di porte a battente in
funzione del livello di abbattimento acustico richiesto e di una porta
scorrevole interna alla parete stessa.
È anche disponibile un sistema di illuminazione a led dalla resa
particolarmente suggestivo.

flexibility of use, because it can accommodate either a single central

BRACCO IMAGING
Bracco ha posizionato la sede centrale milanese del gruppo in un
prestigioso palazzo di oltre 10000 mq, in fregio alla sede tradizionale e
industriale del gruppo.
Il progettista ha richiesto degli standard di finitura e di prestazione
acustica particolarmente rilevanti che sono stati pienamente rispettati
con l’utilizzo del sistema sthreep che qui ha trovato la prima importante
realizzazione.
Il sistema, a tre vie, è integrato da porte ad altissima prestazione e da un
sistema di oscuramento elettrificato posto al centro della parete.
Bracco has placed the Milan headquarters of the group, in a prestigious
building of over 10.000 sqm adjacent to the historical and industrial site.
The designer has required standard of finish and acoustic performance
particular relevant that was been fully complied with the use of the
Sthreep system, who found in this project its first major achievement.
The
system,
three-way,
is
integrated
by
doors
with
very
high
performance and a darkening system electrified placed at the center of
the wall.

La sede direzionale di Humanitas, primario gruppo ospedaliero privato,
progettata dall’Architetto Filippo Taidelli trasmette una sensazione di
pulizia ed efficienza mai disgiunte da un tratto di eleganza minimalista.
La scelta cromatica riporta all’interno le valenze estetiche dell’edificio
che ospita gli uffici del gruppo. L’accostamento fra le pareti in
cartongesso trattate con effetto spatolato e le partizioni in cristallo
attribuisce all’insieme un effetto di solidità e leggerezza.
The headquarters of Humanitas, a leading private hospital group,
designed by Filippo Taidelli, transmit a cleanliness and efficiency feeling
with minimalist elegance. The chromatic choice brings inside the
aesthetic valences of the building which houses the offices of the group.
The
juxtaposition
between
the
plasterboard
walls
treated
with
“spatolato” method and glass partitions gives to the project a solidity
and lightness effect.

Il nuovo Headquarters di AXA Italia sorge nell'area emergente di Porta
Nuova. L’edificio realizzato in classe A e rispondente ai requisiti LEED è
frutto di una sapiente e coerente ristrutturazione come da progetto.
Universal Selecta ha realizzato e posto in opera: tutti i sistemi di pareti
divisorie in cristallo (con le pareti insonorizzate Spark), gli elementi
speciali della sala consiglio, posta in sommità dell’edificio, e gli armadi
scorrevoli con un sistema di apertura e chiusura a frizione.
I Mec, con funzione di divisorii e contornati da pareti vetrata,
garantiscono una spiccata valenza acustica.
The new AXA’s Headquarters is located in the emerging area of Porta
Nuova -Milan. The structure, built in class A and conforming to LEED
requirements is the result of a careful and consistent according to the
project. Universal Selecta has developed and realized: all the systems
glass partitions Spark with capacity of noise reduction, special items, on
the drawing of the board room, located at the top of the building and

materiale sintetico che attribuisce una luminosità particolare ai corridoi
nel pieno rispetto della privacy degli occupanti i locali.

La collaborazione in atto ha portato alla definizione di una show room
congiunta ove fossero presenti entrambe le produzioni per enfatizzare
come, il combinato disposto dei due marchi, trovi ideale collocazione
sul mercato delle forniture e dei progetti. La perfetta integrazione delle
finiture delle due aziende è posta in risalto in queste immagini che
raffigurano idealmente il livello di prestigio e di impatto emotivo che è
possibile raggiungere. Sono presenti tutte le tipologie di prodotto disponibili in un’ampia gamma di materiali e colori. Lo schema distributivo e
la scelta tipologica qui applicata verrà replicata nelle principali città

Accedendo a questi uffici il primo impatto, fortemente emozionale, lo si
ottiene grazie alla presenza di un elemento sinusoidale a tutta altezza in
cristallo curvato e colorato di un bel verde brillante che richiama il
marchio aziendale. Proseguendo all’interno gli uffici presentano altre
aree delimitate da cristalli colorati che si contraffacciano ad uffici chiusi
particolarmente performanti per gli aspetti legati all’acustica. Molta
attenzione è stata posta al decoro delle pavimentazioni che è passante
al di sotto delle pareti anche nella zona dei corridoi, attribuendo agli
stessi una sensazione di continuità normalmente preclusa alla vista.

Gli uffici di questo prestigioso sviluppatore immobiliare sono posizionati
all’interno di uno degli immobili del loro asset progettato dall’Architetto
Mario Cucinella: il Parallelo. L’impianto distributivo prevede la posa di
pareti vetrate monolitiche e di altre a doppia lastra entrambe
caratterizzate dalla integrazione con armadiature e porte battenti in
legno laccato e decorato con fresate orizzontali. L’insieme compositivo
di queste varie tipologie è coordinato con la posa di pellicole
opacizzanti che riprendono graficamente, con estrema precisione, le
modanature dei contenitori.

one of the buildings designed by the architect of their assets Mario

GRÜNENTHAL FORMENTI
Grünenthal Formenti si è posizionata in un modernissimo palazzo sospeso
su piloni, progettato da Mario Cuccinella
I progettisti degli interni, General Planning, degli interni hanno optato
per totale trasparenza che permette di non avere ostacoli visivi alla
vista trasversale dai corridoi verso le finestre. Le pareti trovano perfetta
integrazione con i sistemi di armadiatura a tutt’altezza dotati di schienali
ai fianchi acustici che concorrono al mantenimento della qualità
sonora degli ambienti realizzati.

La caratteristica, configurazione in curva dell’immobile oggetto
dell’insediamento di uno studio legale internazionale ha trovato
naturale declinazione nel connubio con il posizionamento di pareti
curve che hanno permesso di esaltare la qualità del progetto
distributivo. Il progettista ha sapientemente dosato i toni morbidi delle
pavimentazioni in marmo con le pannellature in legno poste sia sulle
porte che sulle porzioni fisse. Anche i maniglioni delle porte sono stati
realizzati su specifico disegno per integrare esteticamente anche
questa componente nell’insieme formale che si è venuto così a creare.
The
characteristic

the

Questo marchio, globalmente riconosciuto, ha ultimamente rafforzato
la sua immagine tramite la realizzazione della sede milanese che è stata
progettata con un deciso uso del colore e delle curve.
L’informal area è addirittura realizzata con forma ovoidale, in blu
cobalto, con arredi che rimandano ai temi della fantascenza anni ‘90.
Tutti i corridoi sono decisamente non rettilinei e sfociano nell’area destinata alla ristorazione aziendale dove, invece, trionfano le tonalità solari
e le pavimentazioni decorate.
Globaly recognized brand, has further strengthenend its image through
the realization of the Milan office that has been designed with a strong
use of color and curves.
The informal area is actually made with egg-shaped cobalt bluewhit
furnishing that recall the themes of 90’s science fiction.

di assicurazioni come ambienti monotoni, tradizionali e monocromatici.
Ubi Assicurazioni, con il suo progetto innovativo, ha saputo stravolgere
questo canone a favore della realizzazione di uffici freschi, dinamici e
colorati. Particolare risalto assume l’uso del colore anche nelle pareti
cieche che sono sfruttate sia per l’inserimento di mensole che per
l’applicazione di monitor, contenitori ed altro.
The collective imagination tends to characterize the offices of an
insurance company as monotonous environments, traditional and
monochromatic. Ubi Assicurazioni , with its innovative design, has been
able to overturn this canon in favor of the construction of offices fresh,
dynamic and colorful.
Special emphasis assumes the use of color even in the blind walls, that
are utilized as well for the insertion of shelves, for the application of

La sede spagnola di questa azienda chimica è caratterizzata
dall’impiego di pareti in cristallo monolitico sia sul fronte dei corridoi che
per le pareti ad esso trasversali. Le quinte trasversali sono dotate anche
di una porzione centrale cieca che funge da setto opaco fra i diversi
uffici. La finitura spazzolato lucido, adottata per le parti metalliche,
risalta particolarmente nel contrasto con i battenti delle porte che sono
previsti in diversi colori (blu, giallo ed arancio) così da evidenziare con
immediatezza i vari reparti operativi. Tutto l’insieme così creato
attribuisce ai volumi la sensazione di freschezza, fluidità e pulizia.
The Spanish headquarters of this chemical company is characterized by
the use of monolithic glass panels on both the front of the corridors and
also for the transverse walls. The transverse wings are equipped with a
blind central portion that serves as an opaque septum between the
various offices. The bright brushed finish, which was adopted for the
metal parts, is especially striking in contrast to the swing doors that are
provided in different colors (blue, yellow and orange) highlighted
immediately the various operational departments . The whole created in
this way, it gives to the volumes a feeling of freshness, smoothness and
cleanliness.

Le trasformazioni urbanistiche in atto nella città hanno reso disponibili
numerose aree all’origine industriali che sono state recuperate per le
funzioni del terziario avanzato.
Questo intervento, caratterizzato dalla pulizia formale e dall’uso del solo
colore bianco per tutte le parti metalliche, attribuisce ai volumi leggerezza e trasparenza con l’intento di porre in risalto le caratteristiche
morfologiche delle strutture portanti dell’edificio che risale alla seconda
parte del 1800.
The urban transformation of the city have made available a number of
industrial areas that were recovered for the functions of advanced

This intervention, characterized by clean lines and the use of only white
color for all metallic parts, creates volumes lightness and transparency
with the aim of highlighting the morphological characteristics of
load-bearing structures of the building dating back to the second part

(Digit & Associati) il compito di progettare l’allestimento delle agenzie
aperte al pubblico. Si tratta di un sistema di paretine autoportanti, di
differenti colori, diritte o in curva in grado di delimitare le area di lavoro
e ricezione in totale pianta aperta.
The insurance company charged Diodato and Tordera Architects (Digit
& Associati Studio) of designing the layout of those agencies open to
the audience. This is a system of self-supporting partition walls of different colours, straight or curved, which can define the working area and
the reception in open plan.

Il Fondo in Australia-Indonesia per la riduzione dei disastri è un'iniziativa
congiunta tra Australia ed Indonesia. Il gruppo utilizza la scienza e la
ricerca per individuare il meglio le zone più a rischio di catastrofi
naturali. L’associazione sta contribuendo a ridurre l'impatto di questi
disastri, dando alle persone le informazioni su come costruire case ed
edifici pubblici più sicure. La struttura fornisce anche il supporto a
stand-by Risposta Rapida Disastri e Assistance Force in Indonesia per
l’aiuto in zone disastrate a poche ore di una catastrofe.

Australia-Indonesia initiative. The facility uses science and research to
better identify areas most at risk of natural disaster. The facility is helping
to reduce the impact of these disasters by giving people information
about how to build safer houses and public buildings.The facility is also
providing support to Indonesia’s stand-by Disaster Rapid Response and
Assistance Force to deploy into disaster areas within hours of a disaster.

Ottimizzando colori e finiture degli arredi integrati alle pareti divisorie a
doppio paramento od in cristallo, si è venuta a creare una immagine
molto ben coordinata per questa azienda bergamasca aggressiva ed
emergente. Il contrasto di due soli colori dominanti, il rosso ed i grigio,
assume una valenza estetica elegante e minimalista.

Per questa importante società di comunicazione Universal Selecta ha
fornito diverse soluzioni di sistemi di pareti sia trasparenti che opachi.
Ha inoltre eseguito, su disegno dei progettisti, una serie di interventi
specifici quali, ad esempio, una imponente pannellatura in alluminio
alveolare (con forometrie realizzate con taglio laser) che ha la funzione
di delimitare le zone attesa e di ingresso. Sono state ingegnerizzate
anche delle particolari “informal meeting area” di vario colore, che
vengono poste all’interno delle aree comuni di lavoro e che possono
essere facilmente spostate per nuove configurazioni degli spazi.
For this important communications company Universal Selecta has
provided several solutions of systems of both transparent and opaque
walls. He also performed, on designers drawing, a series of specific
interventions,

example,
a

paneling (with forometrie made with laser cut) that has the function of
delimiting the waiting and input areas.

Per l’allestimento della sede centrale di Siemens è stata appositamente
sviluppata una nuova parete a doppia lastra, ora in normale
produzione, il sistema Between, che ha la caratteristica di essere
contenuto in soli 54 mm di spessore e fornire un abbattimento acustico
superiore ai valori medi di questo genere di prodotti. Sono state anche
fornite particolari pareti a campi vetrati di diverso colore in linea con
l’immagine coordinata della società.
For setting up the headquarters of Siemens, we have specifically
developed a new double-plate wall, now in common production: the
“Between” system. It has the characteristic of being all in just 54 mm
thick and provide a higher noise reduction than the average of this kind
of product. We also produced special crystal walls in different colours,
compliant with the corporate image of the company.
