Trust Risk Group S.p.A., facendo seguito alle recenti notizie pubblicate da autorevoli testate
americane di analisi finanziaria sullo stato di salute finanziaria di AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.
(AFSI) - operante in Italia attraverso AmTrust Europe Ltd. - ha tempestivamente interpellato i
regolatori inglesi FCA (Financial Conduct Authority); PRA (Prudential Regulatory Authority) e
quello italiano IVASS (Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni) con lettera ufficiale spedita in
data 30 ottobre c.a., per ottenere opportune rassicurazioni ed eventuali provvedimenti a tutela
propria e dei propri clienti.
Inoltre, Trust Risk Group S.p.A. dichiara che in data 29 ottobre c.a. ha ufficialmente messo in mora
la AmTrust per inadempienza e violazione dell’accordo di esclusività in essere e per far valere i
propri diritti ha già avviato un procedimento arbitrale in Italia.

Trust Risk Group S.p.A., following recent news broadcasted by different American investment
magazines and renowned newspapers regarding the economic status of AmTrust Financial
Services, Inc. (AFSI) – operating in Italy through AmTrust Europe Ltd. – has promptly questioned
the English Regulators FCA (Financial Conduct Authority); PRA (Prudential Regulatory Authority)
as well as the Italian Regulator IVASS (Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni). The Group,
with an official note sent on 30th October 2014, has addressed all its enquiries and requests in
order to be reassured and to be guaranteed that all the necessary steps are taken for its safeguard
along with the protection of its clients.
Moreover, Trust Risk Group S.p.A. states that on 29th October 2014 officially declared AmTrust in
breach with the exclusive agreement currently in force among them. In order to enforce its own
rights, Trust Risk Group S.p.A. has given start to an arbitral proceeding in Italy.
