You can register for the Lunch & Learn by completing the registration form at www.asser.nl/LunchLearn12March. An automatic confirmation, including payment details, will be sent to you by email upon receipt of registration. Fees * • • Conference fee: € 25,- per person Student fee: € 15,- * The fee includes administration costs and lunch Registration and Payment Conditions A registration constitutes a legally binding agreement; registration obliges you to pay the stated amounts. Payment must be made and received in full prior to the event. Payment can be made by bank transfer. The institute cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. If you have not received a confirmation of your registration 7 days after you made the registration, please contact the conference manager at [email protected] Cancellations and Non-Attendance Cancellations will only be accepted if submitted by e-mail at [email protected] one week prior to the Lunch & Learn. In this case the obligation to pay the fee is lifted, and if payment is already been made, the money will be refunded. Cancellations made later than 1 week prior to the event or non-attendance, for whatever reason, does not invoke the obligation to pay the registration fees, hence no refunds will be made. However, the name of a registration can be changed without any charge. Last-minute registration Last-minute registrations are accepted until 1 day prior to the event but can only be paid in cash upon arrival. Insurance The T.M.C. Asser Instituut cannot be held liable for personal injuries or for loss and/or damage to the personal belongings of participants either during or as a result of the conference.
