外交評論家、岡本アソシエイツ代表
岡本行夫氏を迎えて

致します。第12回目は設立ボードメンバーのお一人、岡本行夫氏をお
迎えし、アメリカ大統領就任直後のタイミングで外交の第一人者である
岡本氏から、日本を含め、世界の対応について、大変貴重なお話を伺います。
岡本行夫氏プロフィール：
68年外務省入省。91年に退官し、同年岡本アソシエイツを設立。橋本内閣、小泉内閣と2度にわた
り首相補佐官を務める。2011年の東北大震災直後には、東北漁業の早期回復支援のため「東北漁
業再開支援基金・希望の烽火」を設立。立命館大学客員教授。東北大学特任教授。ＭＩＴ国際研究
センターシニアフェロー。政府関係機関、企業への助言活動の他、外交評論家として国際情勢を分
析、幅広く活動。著書に首相補佐官当時の回想録「砂漠の戦争～イラクを駆け抜けた友、奥克彦
へ」（文藝春秋社）、関連図書に「岡本行夫－現場主義を貫いた外交官 90年代の証言」（朝日新聞
社）などがある。
