PRESENTATION
- Air-air self-contained range has been checked and optimised to adapt itself the current demand of
energy efficiency and environment protection. The introduction of ecological gas R410A, DC inverter
technology, available extension of cooling capacities and the optionals long list are some examples of the
units improvements.
- DC inverter technology adapt the compressor speed to needs at every moment, allowing only the
necessary energy consuming and drastically reduce consumption.

CARACTERÍSTICAS GENERALES
DESCRIPCIÓN
The equiment constitute fot series CCVIA/ECVIA CCVIBA/ECVIBA are vertical air conditioner in split
contruction being the first cooling only and the second one
made with heat pump. In parallel and compact contruction
ACVIA-ACVIBA are available, they are also for cooling only
and heat pump versions. All these equipments are suitable
to work connected in a net of air distribution pipe as much
in indoor section as in outdoor section.
CABINET
Made in galvanized steel plate, completed with polyester
resins, polymerized in the oven, excellent resistance to
corrosion and in outdoors. The assembly is wrapped with
thermoacustic insulation.
COMPRESSORS
Type scroll.
Type motor: BLDC.
Number of poles: 6
Supply: Triphase
Brushless motor is formed for a stator and a rotor with
permanent magneto. It shows a higher efficiency respect to
induction motors because no exist magnetizing current
losses in the rotor.
AIR FILTER
Polyurethane foam, washable, 10 mm thick
crosslinked S-20 with high efficiency filtration
FANS
Centrifuge type.
Supply by frecuency converter
Changeable airflow in condenser.
Three kind of airflows in evaporator (low,
medium and maximum speed.
Possivility in Evaporator of increase or
reduce Diponible Pressure.
COOLING CIRCUIT
- Built in special copper tube for
refrigeration, dehydrated, incorporating
drying filter and check valve with an easy
acces for verification and charge.
- Equip suction accumulator on the
compressor suction line, protect it from
liquid bumps
- In split models, oil separator is included
- Reversing Valve to cycle invertion by
solenoid (230V) in Heat Pump models.
- Unidirectional Valves
- The welds between the different elements
are executed with copper-silver alloy.
EXCHANGERS
Built in aluminum fins (fin step 2,1 mm) and copper pipe
mechanically expanded of 3/8", high exchange efficiency.
EXPANSION DEVICE
As much in compact models as divide models are equipped
with Electronic Expnsion Valves. In compact models is
mounted only one Expansion Valve while divide models
incorporate one for each section. For divide models,
altought their assembly is formed for two Electronic
Expansion Valves only regulates only for section whose
exchanger is evaporating, remaining fully open the other
valve.

REMOTE CONTROL
DC inverter self-contained range (compact and split) uses TH Tune remoted control.
In this control is displayed:
- Cooling / Heating mode
- Temperature control (environmental / return)
- Outdoor temperature
By icons, we can see the compressor and outdoor fan operation. Indoor fan speed (high, medium or low) can be fixed for the
user although is recommended set in automatic mode. In case of alarm or maintenance, this control informs us through codes
of action to follow.
OPTIONALS
WALL PROBE
If you prefer control temperature with environmental probe, is recommended use DPWT01100 wall probe.
This optional allows control indoor stable temperature, so records a temperature value in zone control. Generally it is advisable to
install a close apposition to where the Tune TH control is mounted.
ELECTRIC RESISTANCE COIL FOR AUXILIARY ELECTRICAL HEATING DURING DEFROST
These coils are formed for finned elements mounted in steel plate frame. They incorporate protector thermostat, actuating
contactors and terminal strip for wiring. Mounted in suction.
