Pinworms dwell primarily in the human cecum, travel through the colon to the anus, and lay their eggs on the anus when the infested person is asleep. In order to make sure your child is free from these worms, we conduct Pinworm Examination. Date: / / Dear Parent/Guardian Principal of School Pinworm Examination A Pinworm Examination is scheduled as follows. This test requires specimens collected first thing in the morning and they have to be collected on two different mornings. We request your corporation so that every student can be tested. １．Dates： Day 1 / （Use the test cellophane printed “１日目（Day 1）“） Day 2 / （Use the test cellophane printed “2 日目（Day 2）“） ２．Submit on： / ※Submit by / if you cannot bring it on the above date. ３．Method： １）Take the test first thing in the morning before going to urinate/defecate. ２）Use the corresponding test cellophanes for Day 1 and Day 2. ３）Place the adhesive side of the cellophane against the anus and press hard a couple of times with the tips of the finger. ４）Stick the clear areas of the cellophane sheets used in Day 1 and Day 2 together and place it the envelope. ５）Print your child’s Grade/Class/Name clearly on the envelop ※A diagram of the procedure is enclosed.
