BIJZONDER WEDSTRIJDREGLEMENT
Hoofdstuk I - Organisatie.
Artikel 1. Omschrijving van de meeting.
De « 600 Km of Spa » heeft het statuut van OPEN nationale meeting.
De meeting is samengesteld uit series en/of bekers voor de hiernavolgende kampioenschappen :
Belgian Racing Car Championship, EuroFormula Open, International GT Open, Radical European
Masters en de SEAT Leon Eurocup.
Artikel 2. Organisatie.
De meeting wordt georganiseerd door Kronos Events, rue des Pieds d’Alouettes 37 in 5100
Naninne in overeenstemming met de voorschriften van de internationale sportcode van de FIA,
met de voorschriften van de RACB Sport met toestemming van de betrokken ASN, de sportieve
en technische reglementen die de meeting uitmaken, het huidig bijzonder wedstrijdreglement en
zijn addenda. De aanpassingen, amendementen en/of wijzigingen aangebracht aan onderhavig
Bijzonder Wedstrijdreglement zullen enkel door middel van gedateerde en genummerde bijlagen
aangekondigd worden (gepubliceerd ofwel door de organisator of door de sportcommissarissen).
De sportieve reglementen van de Belgische kampioenschappen staan vermeld op www.racb.com
Ingevolge hun inschrijving verklaren de deelnemers en piloten zich akkoord om deze teksten te
respecteren en om onderhavig reglement te beschouwen als integraal deeluitmakend van het
specifiek reglement van hun beker, serie of kampioenschap.

3.7 Inschrijvingen:

Sluiting en betaling van de inschrijvingen : donderdag 4 september 2014 om 18u00. De
inschrijvingen in de respektievelijke series dienen ingediend te worden bij de desbetreffende
promotoren.
Monitoren zijn beschikbaar en kunnen gehuurd worden (50€) bij de « Permanentie Paddocks »
(1e etage, oude perszaal naast de Uniroyal Toren).
3.8 Duur van de races :

Deze timing is informatief. Indien nodig, kan deze tijdens de meeting door het College van
Sportcommissarissen, op voorstel van de Directeur van de meeting, aangepast worden.

Voor alle races :
3.13 Briefings :
Paddock F1 – 1e verdieping Pit Building tegenover lokaal 115.
De Deelnemers dienen zich qua brandstof te bevoorraden (benzine
of diesel) aan de pomp, gesitueerd in de paddock van het circuit en
dit volgens de reglementen van toepassing op hun serie. Het
transport van brandstof in de paddock dient te gebeuren in
aanwezigheid
van
een
persoon
voorzien
van
een
brandblusapparaat. Inbreuken hierop zullen gesanctionneerd
worden door het College van Sportcommissarissen. Deelnemers
kunnen vóór hun respectievelijke stand ravitailleren. Een nota van
de SRI zal aan alle deelnemers tijdens de sportieve keuring
overhandigd worden. Deze nota dient strikt nageleefd op straf van
uitsluiting van de wedstrijd.
Voorzie een PEN.
De briefings zullen doorgaan in de conferentiezaal, 1e verdieping, F1 gebouw, lokaal 132.

3.14 Gesloten wagenpark :
International GT Open en de EuroFormula Open : in hun respektievelijke boxen.
Voor alle andere series :
Paddock Geel (terugkeer naar de paddock via de hekken van de Coca-Cola Toren).
3.15. Distributie van de Michelin banden voor de BRCC.
Deze gebeurt volgens de timing in de Michelin technische ruimte, gesitueerd in « Paddock
Groen», Conciergerie.
3.16 Podium :
De podiumceremonie is verplicht voor alle piloten die bij de eerste drie van het algemeen
klassement en/of de bekers eindigen die voorzien worden door de verschillende Promotors van
de series.

Artikel 6. Doorlaatpassen - Functiekaarten.
Deze documenten worden overhandigd of ter beschikking gesteld van elke
verantwoordelijke en/of coördinator van een serie en hij draagt er zorg voor dat deze
documenten bij de betrokken concurrenten en piloten terecht komen.
Artikel 7. Verzekering.
De organisator heeft een verzekering onderschreven in conformiteit met de wettelijke vereisten
in dat verband. Nummer van de verzekeringspolis : 730.261.439. AXA
Artikel 8. Diversen.
8.1 Mededeling van sancties of van inlichtingen van de Koersdirectie aan het adres van de
piloten aan het stuur zal gedaan worden vóór de Koersdirectie,gesitueerd in de Pitlane
Formule 1. Tijdens de eerste ronden van de vrije trainingen zal de juiste plaats van de
Koersdirectie aan de piloten getoond worden. Sancties worden aangekondigd via het net van
de monitoren en dit op de bladzijden van het klassement.
8.2 De maximale toegestane snelheid in de pitlane bedraagt 60 km/u.
8.3 In de BRCC dient de Koersdirecteur de sancties toe te passen die voorzien zijn door het
Sportreglement. Voor ieder feit dat niet voorzien is in het Sportreglement zal hij een rapport
opstellen voor het College van Sportcommissarissen, dat de voorziene reglementering in de
internationale of nationale sportieve code zal toepassen.
Voor alle series heeft de directeur van de koers van de serie en/of de directeur van de proef,
in overleg met een lid van het College van Sportcommissarissen, het recht om een sanctie
onder de vorm van een « Drive Through » toe te passen in plaats van een andere voorziene
of niet voorziene sanctie in het overzicht van de sancties. Alle andere beslissingen en/of
sancties zullen overgelaten worden aan de beoordeling van het College van
Sportcommissarissen.
8.4 Protest aantekenen : Het bedrag van het recht van protest vastgesteld door de RACB Sport :
500€
Recht van beroep : Het bedrag van het nationale recht van beroep (RACB Sport) : 2.000€
Het bedrag van het internationale recht van beroep (FIA) : 12.000€
8.5 Naast de voorziene bekers en de trofeeën voor de podiumceremonies zal er geen enkele
andere beloning uitgereikt worden.
8.6 Voor alle disciplines : de opstelling van de startgrid zal uitgevoerd worden onder de
verantwoordelijkheid van de startgrid verantwoordelijken. De deelnemers en de piloten

dienen klaar te staan, aan de uitgang van hun respectievelijke paddock, 30 minuten vóór het
uur van de start van hun race.
8.7 De startopstelling van de BRCC zal bepaald worden op basis van de beste tijd tijdens de
twee kwalificatiesessies.
Dit reglement werd door de RACB Sport goedgekeurd.
