Het cohesiebeleid is het belangrijkste investeringsbeleid van de EU.
Het beleid is gericht op alle regio’s en steden in de Europese Unie, en is
bedoeld om de werkgelegenheid, de concurrentiepositie van ondernemingen,
economische groei en duurzame ontwikkeling te ondersteunen en de
levenskwaliteit van burgers te verbeteren.
